@TigerTitan it was a pro game, but if you joined Stadia after it left the claimable pro catalogue then you don't have access to it.

Hey Taz, I might have a solution as I had the same issue with Rage 2 and found a work around that got it back up and running.  Go into your "settings", "privacy" and scroll down to "Games using your Friends List" section.  Click the button to "off" on the developers' that those games are associated with (sounds like maybe 2K, ubisoft...etc.) so that they no longer have access to your friends' list. Leave it off then try to boot up the game. It seems weird but that was literally the bug with Rage 2 and once I did that I could play Rage 2 again.  Also, if that doesn't work try turning it back on afterwards.  If neither of those work than I am sorry about your experiences. I hope it works though mate! Please let me know one way or the other. Regards, The Gaming CPA
Love to see the Devolver Digital team and Square Enix team fully embracing Stadia! Also...the first Tomb Raider was actually addicting, now a new one....hello Christmas Break!
Correct and one thing we aren't aware of is if 4K is going to be native or upscaled.  Hoping for native as it has taken awhile to get the game out and hopefully that means it will be 4K native.

No dev kits out in the wild that we are aware of yet.  Assuming it will be that way for several years or permanently as they can simply deny access and track access over the web.  If you are interested in being a Stadia dev, here is the website where you can apply: https://stadia.dev/intl/en_us/apply/ . Also, Stadia does support porting over games from all developing applications like Epic and Unity, so perhaps one of those groups has a cloud-based development/training.  Also if you want to do a video training series, I've checked out Udemy, albeit come back to it every now and again which is nice about video training course. Unity 2D Developer Course: https://www.udemy.com/share/101WYyBEoTeFpQQ30=/  Unity 3D Developer Course: https://www.udemy.com/share/101XCeBEoTeFpQQ30=/  Just some ideas!
Thanks @GraceFromGoogle , didn't even realize which one I was posting it in.  Just wanted to get it out there as I was already seeing people ask about it. Have a wonderful weekend, The Gaming CPA

You will be able to play the game on launch day without the CCU and controller. If you have a PC or a supported mobile device and bluetooth controller.  The game won't come with the premiere edition and since you bought the game you don't need to have an active Stadia Pro membership, so you can simply click stadia.com and go to your games and it'll be there on launch day.

Plus let's be honest. As game developers become more and more familiar with Vulcan and start to have "Veteran's" of it on their Dev teams, we will probably see the quality being ported over with the same specs.  Stadia has more power than PS5 and just under XSX, so it's not a concern of the hardware Stadia has, just the developers.  So once the experience comes through and trust me, once Ubisoft ports over all of their U-Play+ catalogue, they will have the experience, then we will start to see them optimizing the games more and more to hit the desired FPS of all gamers (except those that want 240 FPS).

In the grand scheme of things as Google continues to upgrade hardware to benefit their search engine, advertising, youtube and other applications they run.  Stadia will be able to benefit from these hardware upgrades as well.  It's a great point @BinaryJay made about Stadia not being Static.  They are probably upgrading their servers to what everyone likes to call "Gen 2" I just call it Stadia.   They are also probably working on the 2 upgrades after that as well, just like Xbox probably already has their next Xbox in development. Stadia can't really require devs to put their games on the platform at certain specs since they don't have a lot of pull and their Vulcan is probably on a learning curve as well.  Just patience, continued patience.

It's a little bit of a bummer that you said, "who cares" to a lot of things that make Cloud Gaming great.  The mobility and accessibility being crucial factors.  If you buy a Series X and head to a friends house, can you play it there on your friends PC?  If you have a 2 hour bus ride can you play your Series X games at high FPS and high quality on your phone...? It's totally natural to want a platform to provide for your wants, but don't forget there are a lot of people out there who don't necessarily care about 60 FPS, because they haven't been able to game at all for years as they couldn't afford a PC that could run a game like AC Odyssey or Doom Eternal at any settings...but now they can. Also, whoever thinks Family Plan is a joke when you can only share your games but can't play them at the same time....yeah....me saving my friends hundreds of $$$ by not having to re-buy what I already own....super big joke....
@AnonymerPinguin AC Valhalla is a day and date game with other platforms.  It'll arrive on release day for Stadia as well.
Hmmm...haven't heard anything...
Oh man....Diablo....if Diablo 4 comes to the platform....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Second to lordkensal, we discussed it in a podcast; just because it is a "ChromeCast-esque" device or similar to it, doesn't mean they can just copy and paste the Stadia App over, it'll need to be perhaps even redone to be on the new device.  We speculated that perhaps it wasn't optimized and ready by the deadline and Google isn't going to wait to push out their new device as they make most of their "streaming money" from YT and the new device has the YT premium/YT TV for $64.99/mo so they are going to be getting the device out ASAP to start seeing those returns. No sweat though, was weird they pulled the CCU from the storefront, but all in all seeing Stadia in the "Hardware Event" when Stadia itself isn't hardware (remember it's in the cloud ) was a wonderful thing!
Looks like it was a mistake. The voucher is gone from the store now sadly.
Dbd being crossplay is also a huge deal by the Devs!  Well done y'all and we get to see the Crowd Choice option in the game as well!!! YEEEETTT!
