Update: Uninstall and reinstall does nothing. Also deleted locally saved user data, which did nothing.

Went to play today and the TOUR mode says user data corrupted, cannot load. Now my progress is gone. This is on an Xbox One X. All I can find online is a similar issue with NBA 2K21, but it reference... See more...
Went to play today and the TOUR mode says user data corrupted, cannot load. Now my progress is gone. This is on an Xbox One X. All I can find online is a similar issue with NBA 2K21, but it references people deleting “reserved space”, which I did not do. I’m uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Hopefully that resolves it.
