This is most of the way there if I can get it.  I see a pin for guest mode on the chromecast but that's not quite the setting that I think you may be referring to.  Maybe if I factory reset the CCU I'll find the PIN during setup...  I'll try it the next time I'm playing on that tv.  Thanks!

I appreciate the feedback but that is so much more complicated then what I have in steam, like way more complicated.  A lot of games have multiple saves so why do I need multiple accounts?  I really just want to get into a restricted view and when the kids aren't around unlock all the games.  My daughter and I both enjoyed the steam world games and we just used separate save slots, nice and simple.  No need for special approvals or anything like that.
They always find a way.

I'm thinking of the same sort of feature that steam offers (as well as many streaming media sites) where your library has a family friendly view by default.  I don't need my kids to start jumping into games that will scare them accidentally so right now I have to be really careful with how easy it is to start a Stadia game on my tv.  Something as simple as a 4-digit pin option would be fantastic and either do it based on ESRB rating or give me the control to select the games hidden behind a pin.  I'd actually prefer the latter but I suspect most people don't want to manage their library like I do and would prefer the former. Love playing stadia, would love it if I didn't have to worry about kids hitting the stadia button on the controller and then having the TV turn on, stadia load up, and then they are presented with my entire game catalogue.
