Hi @Queequeg, One question that comes to mind is: is your "who you're speaking to" setting set to game chat? The option would show up above "party chat" it is not visible there due to me not playing a game at the moment and just started a private party on stadia to show that having options.

If so that microphone is only active when you go to use the google assistant The built-in microphones on the Stadia Controller, as well as the built-in microphone on your mobile device, are not used for voice chat. You won't get popup notifications about the status of these microphones in the Stadia app.  However, you can adjust audio options in the  Options   menu under "Audio". https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9609774

Might need to try different options to get it to show up, might be hidden on step 3 partially. Other then that you can wait for the support call back option to be available to be able to talk with a representative over the phone. Which they will be calling you instead. I know I have no information about a phone number to contact support with. Edit: I checked before posting this message even before doing the edit

MyWifi and MyWifi-5g) so you can force devices to be on the 5Ghz network Networks which have both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands with the same name tend to let the device pick which network is better for that device as long as that device can connect to both bands

Google doesn't handle updates for the games on the service just like how Microsoft doesn't handle the updates for xbox. Same thing with sony and the ps5. By any chance your server has a password?

Hi @brandnew96, Welcome to the community forums. No I am not a specialist. You did say you requested a refund immediately after purchasing a game and that game shows as refunded correct? If so, you more then likely got a refund immediately as the pending charge was dropped. The charges tend to wait a little bit as pending before being posted to your account. (I have a few credit cards myself)  If the refund didn't actually go through you would see the charge for the game on your statement. In that case you may contact stadia support here (https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp)

Split payment means using google play credit and another form of payment (like paypal or a credit/debit card) to cover the difference examples:  Example #1 (Not enough google play credit to buy game) You have $10 in google play credit and the game you want is on sale for $20. You can not pay with google play credit and a credit/debit card as the game is on sale. Example #2 (enough google play credit to buy game) You have $25 in google play credit and the game you want is on sale for $20. You can pay with google play credit and buy the game. Example #3 (Split payment-use google play credit and something else) You have $25 in google play credit and the game you want is not on sale for $35. You can pay with google play credit and a credit/debit card (or paypal). $25 from google play credit and $10 from the other one. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I hope that helps you understand what I mean @ordepseekshelp

Do note if a game is on sale, you currently can not do a split payment between Google play credit and another form of payment. That is only possible at full price. Again only on an Android device
Hmmm Try playing on your pc again but use your controller to control the game instead of your keyboard and mouse. Let me know what happens there. Same issue or no? @Sengtsan

I would suggest contacting your card company (or bank if a debit card) and ask them "why you are unable to use it on google drive. Keeps saying the request could not be made" 'you just want to increase your storage amount' I said google drive because the card information is the same card information that is(/can be) used on all google services. So as long as the card can be used on one google service it can be used on all of them. @PEQUE

Hi @Sengtsan, I would try using phone link to see if how stadia directly detects the input is the cause (doesn't seem like it as the in-game menu works). But since the controller's input only don't work after the game goes past the menu screen I would recommend reaching out to the developer and/or the publisher and let them know about your problem with the game not accepting inputs once you get into the game itself (after the menu screen).
