@constnt @Crowrezin if possible try with a friend's account on your computer/chromecast and see if it still happens. Of course this is with your current connection Edit: a friend's account or a family member's account

I see, I am assuming this was done on ethernet. since you didn't get 100% of the packet the problem is somewhere between your computer and google as a whole. If possible I would try out a different router/modem.

I would do a ping test to 8.8.8.8 from a computer. Wired to your router if possible to try and remove wireless interference.   Windows: "ping -n 3600 8.8.8.8"   Mac OS: "ping -c 3600 8.8.8.8"   Linux: "ping -c 3600 8.8.8.8"   The reason for the -n/-c is to specify how many pings to send out

Hi @constnt, I would check your connection's stability and check your router for stability. I personally had the same issue and it took me doing a ping test to google's servers for a long time using different routers to find my issue. ISP was the same, connection was the same, everything was the same except for the router used. what I am saying is even if you had a strong connection. your connection's stability might have gone down and is causing the issue. Netflix, YouTube, HBO Max and Disney Plus would run fine because they don't use a constant connection like Stadia does when streaming video (they use a internal buffer so your connection can have downtime).

Hi @RighteousKill13, The controller only was PUBG's idea because of low player base using keyboard and mouse. With controller you have cross play with other consoles which means more human players vs bot players. It doesn't mean you guaranteed 100% human players but you will have more players vs with keyboard and mouse. When pubg first launched on Stadia only controller had cross play. Keyboard and mouse was stadia players only.

You can try contacting stadia support here https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp It might be outside of the refund period but because the game is facing issues specific to stadia you might just be able to still get a refund.   Other then that I suggest waiting until Square Enix patchs the game.

Hi, stadia's speedtests are ran by a third party speedtest provider. So any issues on there will show on the third party's speedtest as well. M-lab speedtest is the speedtest used. That is a direct link to their speedtest which is used by stadia and google itself to run a speedtest. I personally just ran both the stadia version and m-lab's version and got very similar results while writing this message.  

Hi @ZeroTwo4619, You can play up to the number of times a particular game has been bought at one time. In your case, outriders has been bought one time so only one person can play at one time. To play the same game more then one at a time you will need to buy it again.  Others in your family can play another game with you play outriders currently

Oh I see what you mean. There was  Crayta : Deluxe Edition as a pro "purchasable" game for $0 back in November of 2020. I used quotation marks because it was a purchase but you didn't pay for anything. From my knowledge that is the only game that could be claimed and will stay in your library even if you are not subbed anymore. There are the 3 free to play games that can be gotten and permanently added to your library. I am not including hitman because that is more of a demo of the game

Hi @iluminate, Don't forget to send the feedback on the site or in the app. About feedback #3: any pro game you claim stays on your account as long as you stay subscribed and will return when you resubscribe if you cancel. Game save is not deleted so you are safe there. The rotating pro game library is for pro members who didn't claim a game when it was available. For example I have Orcs must die 3 claimed back when it was claimable and I am still able to play it thanks to my on going pro sub.
