Tuesday’s TWoS will be interesting. If they ignore the feeling of the community and fail to mention it and announce a 5 year old poor indie game as a big thing we will all know they don’t give a toss. My guess is they will ignore it and keep on doing the same. Remember the survey? Absolutely nothing appears to be changing. The reply to the BI article was only posted to Twitter and Chris the ‘Community Specialist’ didn’t post it here or on Reddit. Even if he had, three tweets saying basically nothing new is not a professional way to reply. Why isn’t Phil Harrison or someone in management not replying and keeping the community informed? That tells us the 20% claim is true whatever they say. 
The only haters in the community seem to be actually Google. As if they are going to show up at any games event. They have had over 2 years after launch to do this and THEY HAVEN'T ATTENDED ANY GAMES... See more...

They have had over 2 years after launch to do this and THEY HAVEN'T ATTENDED ANY GAMES EVENT. Calling people haters for pointing out the utter failure of Google to support a product they have spent time and money on is infantile.

Stadia replied the Business Insider’s article on Twitter yesterday.  I’m sorry but I cannot take their reply seriously.  For over two years their reply to any criticism has been to promise exciting things to be planned for the future, and this is the important bit, they always tell us they can’t actually share details we just have to trust them.  They told SG&E employees they were doing great work then fired them days later.  If they’ll lie to employees they won’t hesitate to lie to consumers to keep the subscriptions rolling in.

It has literally just been revealed that Stadia isn’t focusing on it’s customers anymore and is only interesting in its white label service. Even Phil Harrison has fled back to London. Stadia is now officially a zombie platform. 
If only Google had a Stadia community site where they could keep their customers informed. Oh wait……
Keyboard and mouse support was removed by devs. You have to use controller.

You haven’t replaced the community manager after she bailed from this sinking ship. Seriously you aren’t fooling anyone with Chris.

They won’t change. Two years I’ve put up with this. We never have any interaction with ANY Stadia employees and even the GM Phil Harrison attended the Game Awards and couldn’t be bothered to mention Stadia. They have no intention of changing as you’ll see when no mention of the survey will ever be made again. I’ll invest my money in a company that actually TALKS to its customer base. A small blog whenever the Stadia intern can be bothered to post one is NOT communication.

I have now stopped paying for Pro and am advising all my friends to steer clear of Stadia. You never share any info or interact with your customer base. You never attend ANY gaming events even though you hype them up through your Twitter feed. No one knows of your plans for tech upgrades, if you even have any. You treat your customers with utter contempt and I’ve had enough. The ‘Stadia Team’ are an utter joke especially after the ‘12 Days of Stadia’ let down. I’ve been patient enough. It’s obvious that Google doesn’t care about Stadia so why should your customers? I know I won’t get an official answer.
There are no NEW games as you claim. The disappointment is constant. 
It’s STILL up. The marketing intern must be on holiday. It’s things like this that show Google don’t care about Stadia.

Seeing the distinct lack of AAA games announced for Stadia isn’t it about time you announced hardware upgrades? Without upgrades we won’t get ports of current gen games. Even a game you announced at launch in 2019, Windjammers 2, is being released in January for every platform except Stadia. Your game library is becoming laughable. 
I’d like to apply for a job in Stadia marketing. I don’t care about Stadia, have no idea how to market a product, and love hyping up 10 year old games. Where do I send my CV to?
It’s up to Google to actually convince devs to bring their games to the platform. Stop excusing poor Stadia management. 
They had an agreement with Stadia, that agreement has ended. Why Google hasn’t negotiated for a new agreement is a mystery, but par for the course with its poor Stadia management. 
Repeating Pro games, Little Nightmares, isn’t a good sign.
