You have a major problem with communicating with customers yet find the time to interview Reddit mods. That has nothing to do with your GAMING platform and tells us nothing about how you’re actually going to improve Stadia’s very poor reputation. It seems you do this because you have absolutely no good news to share, like the survey you asked us to do then completely ignored.

Why don’t Google’s paid employee’s ‘Community Specialists’ actually answer and interact with questions from PAYING CUSTOMERS? A Q&A with Reddit mods just show’s they like to ask, but never answer. Remember the survey they asked us to take then promised to share the results with us? Well that never happened. I’m fed up of being lied to. Stadia’s reputation is in the toilet and Google are doing nothing to repair it.
There now have been many games on Stadia that ONLY later we find out the devs aren’t supporting the game with DLCs or even updates. Google really need to address this.

The ‘Stadia Team’ held an AMA with a Reddit mod but I would like an AMA with anyone from Stadia management. We haven’t heard from anyone from the leadership for almost 2 years. Other platforms have well known leadership figures, Phil Spencer for Xbox for example. I don’t even know who is leading Stadia.

So much for the survey they asked us to fill out. Was the top reply continue to ghost your customer base? We haven’t had a connect in over a year and the communication is a joke. I have no confidence in this platform anymore.

It’s about time Google actually came out and announced what the hell is happening with Stadia. I wish I could get a job where I post a blog, written by somebody else, and call myself a community manager.
