Why is Google selling games that clearly have not been tested?

Dude, what in the world is going on? This forum is filled with similar posts. Why is Stadia so unreliable for so many of us? Why does it fluctuate so much? You can only blame the ISPs for so long, someone other than Google is gonna figure this out, and that is not going to be good press for Google. You guys gotta start being honest about what's going on, you have to start providing a way to troubleshoot this stuff. Frankly these tools should have existed from the start, but I guess that's what happens when you rush a release instead of properly beta testing. These complaints are only growing, when does Google plan on actually providing support?

Been here since the start. In my experience the streams wildly fluctuate from day to day, even hour to hour. Using the controller wirelessly compounds the issue. Stadia simply can't make reliable connections all of the time. I believe it stems from a failure to scale, so you'll often be connected to servers that are too far or too many hops away for a stable stream, which gets worse when using the controller since the controller and the stream have to both make these connections reliably in tandem. My streams are the stablest when using the controller corded while streaming through PC. The Chromecast in my experience, wired or wireless is a crapshoot. You're not alone, and Google is not going to help you. Feel free to search this forum, Google has yet to help a single person experiencing this, and that's because this is how Stadia works. There is no rhyme or reason as to when your stream will be reliable, which is the main reason the service is failing and Google is closing studios. The few that try it find out quickly it ain't worth sticking around.

I too get connection errors, and I too see low speed for the Stadia speed test when testing the connection over WiFi. There seems to be an issue with how the controller connects to Stadia's servers, but it seems to only crop up when the controller is connected over WiFi. Stadia CS is no help, along with my ISP. Nobody can figure it out. It would seem Grace has been allowed to admit to connection issues on Reddit, but is claiming it's only a problem for Cyberpunk. Thing is Avengers has had the same problem for over a month, and it definitely appears to be that the Stadia controller can't reliably connect to the closest server, so we get these intermittent connection errors that are often resolved by reconnecting to the game until the connection works, just as Grace recommends to do for Cyberpunk. This isn't a coincidence. Sure would be nice if Google was honest about this junk instead of leaving us to figure it out for ourselves. The half truths and obvious lies sure don't help.

I've been having this problem for over a month. Talked to CS again, they actually want me to put up the money for a replacement Chromecast bundle just to have it sent within an acceptable time frame. Was rudely disconnected without resolution as well. The outright audacity of Google is absolutely gobsmacking. This is a company that either sold me defective products, or simply can't deliver the service I pay monthly for, and they want me to put up more money to potentially fix their error?!! And I say potentially because Google doesn't know how to fix our problem, so CS is simply playing a guessing game, on my time and dime. I've just about had it, this is the most pathetic gaming experience of my 40 years on this earth, 37 of which spent playing games.

Same issue here. Used to work perfectly, now I get constant connection errors.
Same here, but have been suffering for a month when my connection used to work perfectly fine. What are we supposed to do about this?!?
Yep, see this all of the time. Games start up fine, then as soon as the action starts the connection warnings start.
This forum is littered with similar complaints. Google remains silent on the issue.
You are not helping. You continue to blame our ISPs when you have no clue what's wrong. Please stop. Google needs to respond to these problems, not you.
I'm already getting the speeds I pay for. All tests confirm this.

My connection does not have issues. I've been periodically testing for months trying to figure this out. I literally stare at my ping for minutes at a time for several hours a day thanks to Rocket League on PC, at high traffic times no less. My ping, my connection, my speeds. Perfect, rock solid. This is wholly a problem with the Stadia service, that much is clear. What I want to know is when the hell is Google going to do something to actually help all of us with this problem. Check the forums. They are littered with similar complaints and zero answers. That is absolutely unacceptable for a subscription service.

Same problem here. 500 up and down, ethernet connection into Chromecast. Constant warning of the connection dropping. It happens more often in demanding games, especially with HDR on. There is definitely something wrong with the service for many of us. Google's CS is useless. My ISP as well as all of my tests say my network is fine. I'll even run tests as Stadia warns it will drop my connection, nothing is wrong we the my network. I want some **bleep** answers already. I'm sick of this.

I did a full reset last night. Everything was working great. This morning I'm right back to constantly getting connection warnings. This is also the first time the Stadia speed test is under reporting my speeds. I'm so freaking sick of trying to troubleshoot this service. Nothing on my end shows any problems. What the hell am I supposed to do about this?!?

"The biggest factor in determining your ability to play on Stadia without issue is your connection strength. There are multiple things affecting your connection strength, including bandwidth (your down/up speed), stability (meaning your connection must not be interrupted by lost packets), and whether you're on wi-fi or LAN." Then perhaps Google's testing tool should test for these things, because the tool says my connection is excellent, and yet I get constant drops when playing on a 500 up and down line with 15ms latency. This forum is peppered with similar comments and zero answers. You've literally done nothing to help this person with this issue other than spout the same junk posted elsewhere. What are we supposed to do about this, I'm already invested and my games play like  garbage. All tests say my connection is working perfectly, even when testing as Google warns of dropping my connection. Now what?!?
They also hide game prices from Pro members. I have no idea what any of the Pro games cost. I'm also able to purchase DLC I already own, because the store is simply that bad.
Lots of people are getting this error. Nobody has any answers. I've been experiencing this issue for months.
