Then probably is a TV issue being not fully compatible with Stadia (I have a Sony Bravia bought in 2021 and it is still not compatible and I have the same issues) The only way to play in your TV, in this case, is by using a Chromecast Ultra or a Google TV dongle, if you don't have a Stadia controller you can always use the phone link to play with any compatible controller https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/10870063 Compatibility is however increasing, so we may have an update about that in the future!

Hello! This is the community forum ,we can't cancel your subscription from here, but you can cancel it by yourself from google Play page! head to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions tap on your Stadia subscription and then in "cancel subscription" and you are good to go!

First of all try in an incognito window, try again to login and check if this solve the issue, maybe is some cookie or plugin in the browser that is messing up the account. If Incognito doesn't work please be sure that the payment on 19th November went through, maybe some issue there caused the account to "expire" but don't worry, you haven't lost anything since all your redeemed game are still available as soon as you renew your account!  If your payment went through and your status is still not PRO on incognito window, you need to contact the support here https://support.google.com/stadia/?hl=#topic=9634925 (scroll to the bottom you should have "contact us")  let me know if any of those solve the issue for you!

Don't panic! surely something is missing! first of all, check your subscription in Stadia Settings https://stadia.google.com/settings you should find there "purchase and subscriptions"   There you can see the current status of your PRO subscription and your current expiring, maybe something went wrong there? also If you tap on "manage" you will be redirected to the play store page https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions there you can check if your Stadia subscription is present as well! let me know if you see something wrong in both or we can find the reason somewhere else! quick question, you are using the correct google account to login in Stadia right?

Hi @ExE_CuToR , Asking the refund for a purchase done with the 10€ discount will give you back only the amount exceeding the discount, so in your case, since the purchase is less than the discount amount requesting a refund will only remove your access to the game, once the discount is used it can't be recovered by refund. Hey @oscuro-passegge, The availability varied based on country, probably in Italy we had a lot of purchases in the first hours (I'm Italian too and I wasn't able to buy one!)

Eligible customer accounts will be contacted within 3 working days of order completion with instructions to redeem. Participants must be 18 or older with a delivery address in the UK. Redemption window closes 16/12/2021 at 23:59pm. But I wasn't able to find the full terms anywhere (for example what qualify you as Eligible customer)
