Hi @kilimi  All the subscriptions are automatically canceled, if you had an active subscription at the closing announcement date you will retain your Stadia Pro status until the 18th of January, the date of the server shutdown. A:  All future pre-orders will be canceled and you will not be charged. If you were already charged, you will be refunded your payment.

Stadia Pro subscriptions are not eligible for refund, however you will be able to continue playing your games in Pro without further charges until the final wind down date.

You'll also need to add a family payment method to the group before games can be shared among its members. You can check if your family is created correctly here    g.co/YourFamily then, you need to manage your family also on Stadia from your main account: On stadia.com Sign into your account on   stadia.com. At the top right, select your avatar, then Stadia settings. Select   Family, then   Get started. Follow the instructions to create a family group and add a family payment method. In the Stadia app On your mobile device, open the Stadia app   . At the top right, tap your avatar. Tap   Family , then   Get started. Follow the instructions to create a family group and add a family payment method. Inside Stadia app, tap on your avatar on the top right, scroll to the bottom, and tap on Leave a feedback And for games the best option is also to ping game developers to ask for a port of their game!
Do you see a message telling that the headset is connected? if that is the issue, can you try using a headset connected to your controller? do you still have the issue?

Totally love the positive vibes here! for me Stadia gave back the gaming time I lost in my adulthood!   My to go list of thing I love about stadia are the following  No wait, ever. No download, no surprise update, no patch, I have 20 minutes? I will play for 20 minutes, this is icredible usefull when you work all day and maybe you have some time to spare!  No hardware, I stopped gaming because with my limited time,  buying the latest console / hardware just to play 1 hour week was definetly not a good idea, but thanks to Stadia I can now just buy the latest Assassin's creed (big fan) and play. Family share, me and my don can play two different games of the same library at the same time, even if not both at home! it's like having a home console, but remote!

One last try, can you try opening another game and then go back to the menu and open Everspace?
Also looking at the post you shared it looks like he solved the issue, it was just a temporary issue, have you tried it today?
Ok, so you don't even reach the game then? not even the first screen (just the preload one right?) are you able to play any other game?
