With only 150 developers you can't compete with other big gaming companies. Google chooses to do what they are best at... But new, big and good games are still a problem on Stadia... I'm having fun with Far Cry 5, but that's an old game... Red dead redemption was great! But a lot of other small games are fun for a few hours, but not for a long time. The library and search function need an update. And it all goes so slowly.    
I found the solution myself... Just use Google Chrome to open the payment website. I used Firefox and that's probably the problem.

Hello, like many other people I have problems with the creditcard payment for a replacement Premiere Edition and the free Premiere Edition that comes with Cyberpunk 2077. But I want to adress the really awful helpdesk of Google Support. I am now trying to contact them for 3 weeks... Initially I was suprised by the day and night 24/7 service, but now it turns out it's only a labyrinth of transfers to 'experts' and not giving a solution... That's why I want to share with you this almost funny chat history with the Google Support-team (that's based in The Philippines...?) I selected Stadia Support for the 4th time in 2 weeks and again started a chat.... It took almost an hour, without any solution! Exact same problem here... Tried to contact support for over 2 weeks now. But they only transfer chats to experts which turns out to be not a real expert and don't come up with a solution. They promised me to contact me by email 3 times now, but they didn't. My credit card company says there is no problem with my MasterCard. One of the support employees told me they were located in The Philippines... Strange?

For instance: I tried the demo of Cake Bash on Steam and thought is was nice, but not worth 20 euro on Stadia when it might become PRO next month... I will definitely pay for a game that is just released and perfectly matches my preference!  The 3 games that get PRO in November would have cost me 55 euro when I had bought them... A lot of money....

As an PRO-member I am getting a bit more anxious to buy a newly released game... This November PRO-games include Risk of Rain 2, Republique and Sundered, that were already for sale for a few weeks/months. I can imagine it feels like bad luck when you bought one of these games while you could get them for free only a few weeks later... For me that makes me only buy big games like Cyberpunk 2077 or Red Dead Redemption 2 that will never be a PRO-game. Let me call it postponed purchasing behaviour. What do you think? What could be improved? Or is this just the revenue model of Stadia? Will they make enough profit throughout the Stadia PRO-memberships anyway...?

When you start Stadia you have to choose the account you want to use. I think most of the Stadia -users use only one single account? I'd like to start Stadia, then make me some coffee and when I come back I can immediately start choosing a game and play. Now it takes quite some time before you can play a game... And why would you use more accounts? Except for student houses etc. Is it possible to make a specific account the standard account (that starts up automatically) and if you want to switch accounts you have to push a button for instance?
