Hello, like many other people I have problems with the creditcard payment for a replacement Premiere Edition and the free Premiere Edition that comes with Cyberpunk 2077. But I want to adress the really awful helpdesk of Google Support. I am now trying to contact them for 3 weeks... Initially I was suprised by the day and night 24/7 service, but now it turns out it's only a labyrinth of transfers to 'experts' and not giving a solution... That's why I want to share with you this almost funny chat history with the Google Support-team (that's based in The Philippines...?) I selected Stadia Support for the 4th time in 2 weeks and again started a chat.... It took almost an hour, without any solution!
