Same thing is happening for me today. Just started it up and got this message this morning. Everything was working fine yesterday. I've been Pro for months, I'm not using VPN, and I'm also in Toronto. My ISP is Bell Fibe, for your information. I'm not able to play any games that i've either claimed from Pro, or that I've purchased outright. Nothing. They all come back with the same error, after a message at the bottom of the load screen for the game that has a spinning circle and the message "Checking Connection". I haven't made any changes to my payment info or anything else, it all says Canada. The only modification was recently was that I invited a family member to be part of my family group, in anticipation of Stadia's rollout of family sharing. UPDATE: If i use my phone's mobile data Stadia works. Using my home internet doesn't work.
