Had the same last week setting it up on my grand-daughter's iphone. However, I did spot the option on the tv to continue setting up on there. Went through without a hitch.
Are you all perhaps using the Stadia app on an iphone? It's a common iphone problem right now.
You'll need to give a few more details. Like, what's not showing up? The kids or the games?
There is. Turn off the 'share all' feature, then share only the games you want him to see.

Oh look: "Borderlands 3 is currently down to $20 on Stadia" "Notably, this seems to be a Stadia-only discount too. Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and the Epic Games Store all still list Borderlands 3 at its full $59.99 price." That's £16.49 in UK btw, until 2 Dec. Good timing Stadia.

Firstly, I love the concept of this platform. I just wish I had that 30 years ago. It looks & plays real good on my 65" tv. Secondly, the community is brilliant. Most go out of their way to help new users with their questions. And lastly, fools are not suffered gladly anywhere. Approach civilly and objectively, and  you will get the same response. At the end of the day, it's your choice what you subscribe to. No need to make a song & dance about it. Simply move on to your preferred choice. Before you go - Can I has your stuff?
ROFL.  Just how old are you? Obviously not old enough to recognise a sarcastic comment. Relax guys - nothing  of worth here, just another trolling post

"It’s not Netflix of gaming as we were led to believe" Makes me wonder, who led you to believe that? It certainly wasn't Stadia, as they said quite the opposite. Btw, Xbox is going to be charging £200 per month for using Xbox to run games. Now go and spread to all Xbox users.

Strange, mine never changes. I take it you enter the code displayed at the top right of the tv when connecting to chromecast? I normally use the tv so I don't even need to enter the code as it connects automatically 5 seconds after turning the controller on.
You do realise the code is different for each device?
Above all remember, Luna isn't even available yet, and won't be for some time.
Really? And there was me thinking it's launched as a US limited invite only early access...

Well, that was a confusing post. Stadia is a cloud gaming platform. Leaving gaming aside, exactly what are the extra things consoles do? I wasn't aware the Sega saturn had cloud gaming. What exactly were the more LOL features that had?  Not sure what hardware you were trying Stadia on but, it certainly looks superior on my 4k tv with HDR and surround sound to my pc.
Patience is a virtue. Impatience is the cause of future regret.

Had the same problem to start with. Bought this year's Samsung 65" 4k TV. Then I got Stadia. No 4k, no HDR. Checking it out, I totally forgot it was still using HDMI 1.4 cable. Installed 2.1 8k cable for overkill - still nothing. Well, my Denon was about 8 years old so was thinking about upgrading anyway, and bought a new Denon. Set it up & tried again. Yep, 4k was there but, no HDR. Set the Denon to Pure Direct for the CC port and, bingo! HDR available. OMG! What a difference. Looks absolutely gorgeous. No sign of 5.1 setting anywhere but, it's definitely outputting it. Well happy now. Oh and yes, both TV and Denon have eARC.
Same here with a brand new 60" 4k TV. Options say device doesn't support 4k or HDR. Really?
I bought this alternative: https://orzly.com/products/phone-mount-google-stadia?variant=31463184826429 Fits perfectly.
