This is literally happening to me. Two stadia accounts. Different emails. Same bank card. My old one.  One account says rejected and allowed me to update my card, and Google sent two payments. One was rejected and one accepted according to Google but I recieved only one in my bank. Google also has which one was successful and which one wasnt completely WRONG. The original account that I posted about not having the email, I  managed to get back on, that of course says they refunded me, even gave me a tax invoice with the date they sent it  and a link to get to Google LLC support with like 1 click(this option does NOT appear on the other account's so called "successful" refund). I contacted my bank and they assure me they did not recieve a payment and to contact Google. This of course ended up which with me being bounced around support who told me they were happy I got my refund and asked if they could help me anything else?/next I got the stadia team who told me my refund would be processed January 18th....failing to understand they've sent it to an old card which has already rejected other refunds from them and the problem is it being marked successful....it honestly felt like I was talking to automated help as no matter what info I gave them they were just basically copy and pasting the initial email they gave all of us.

The police aren't going to anybodies house to reclaim a controller, do you know how I know that? Because I called them. ALSO. I didn't post multiple times that was either an issue on Google's server side or just a random error on their webpage. Please don't be condescending and rude unless you yourself have experienced this and Google's answer.    Google stadia. The only piece of electronic software depending on internet that has no serial number or IMEI. That's not my fault it's google. My only fault was trusting a long time friend who ripped me off. Yeah I'm such a douche. Lmao gtfo.   Last point. I don't know how you attained stadia guide without knowing how Google accounts work. Please navigate to your account data and find your stadia. It's entirely possible to delete all of your account data, you then have thirty days to restore it or its permanently gone. If you don't believe me I really don't care that's how it works. Clearly ranking on this website means nothing      If you don't know what you're talking about why are you replying? Thanks for nothing. Enjoy your stadia community rank, I hope one day you can actually share some useful knowledge instead of assumptions on things you Cleary have never experienced. How ******* ignorant.

I took my stadia and Chromecast to a friend's house, I left it there for them to play. Upon waking up and requesting my stadia back said friend ghosted me. Never to be heard from again. I asked google for help and what they suggested was deleting my account all my data, games, purchases, saves, account info. This is obscenely ridiculous. Thanks google. Heading on back to my PS4.
