So a weird update here....  It appears to be working when connected to certain VPNs.  * Global Protect (business) from an HP laptop * Proxy Master VPN on a Pixel 4 XL  The originating ISP is still Access 3 Media, which still doesn't work except in those 2 certarios above.  The HP laptop is a business laptop for testing, so not a viable long term solution. I am still searching for a VPN that works on my Asus ROG G14. So far I have tried ExpressVPN, with no luck.  I'll keep updating this as I go along hopefully someone else has this issue or hopefully I can help point someone with similar issue in the right direction.

Thanks again for the help.    Yep - my router has google dns. (i'll update the original post).   The ISP has no idea & tried to claim it was Staida/Google's issue. While this could be true, at this point it seems unlikely since it was working (for this whole year, and now 4ish weeks ago it stopped) plus our hotspot works.  Unless I can point to a specific technology issue or something, I am not holding my breath for a resolution from them. I live in a large building and there is little/no incentive to actually help us as our building negotiates terms with Access 3 Media and they only care every few years when it is time to redo contracts.

Even when wired directly to my modem i have the same issue.  If I turn on my T-Mobile Hotspot and connect my G14 to that (via Wifi) I can play just fine. It is a very strange ISP issue that I cannot seem to pinpoint. It really sucks because it was working; bought some games that are now useless.
Yep! Def done that several times.
Edit OP to include ISP and Model as it is almost confirmed it is an ISP/Modem issue. As i have removed all wifi (even tried multiple wifis) and pluged directly into cable modem (Cisco DPC3010) and st... See more...

A few weeks ago I started having connection issues with Stadia and they haven't gone away. We made no change to any wifi and we this issue on multiple computers (chrome) and using chromecast wired or wireless.  Anyone have any suggestions what could have happened.  Set ups Chromecast Ultra with Staida Controller Asus ROG G14 Laptop Asus RT-AX92U (Wifi 6 Router) ISP - Access 3 Media Modem - Cisco DPC3010 We also have a TMobile hotspot that has better luck. So we know it is something with the internet connection, but at 14ms ping and 148mb dl 25mb up i am not sure what we could try? Any ideas?
