Barthandelus: No, that's also not true. When, for e.g. you buy a game on Steam, you don't "own the game" but the right to install it and play it through Steam. It's definitively the same for Stadia. Proof here . You can find more searching the net. Locwolf: I see, so having the license to a title through purchase doesn't grant you the ability to stream it at a quality of your choosing. Barthandelus: There isn't many users that would want to pay for a Youtube Music integration while Youtube Music is free (atleast have a free part). You can already listen to Google Music / Youtube Music while playing Stadia. Locwolf:When I said Google music integration i meant it as the same way it is used through the other consoles. Example: spotify (which is also free) & Xbox. You can listen to music while playing any game seamlessly. Even silencing in game music for your spotify while keeping vocal audio. Unless I have gotten the wrong message of stadia intention, ( which is to be the future of gaming )to me if you want to be the next logical future, you must first do better than what is currently offered. Batthandelus:Even if I think every idea is a good idea, this one has nothing to deal with the concept of "Streaming services" (that's the opposite of offline gaming !). Locwolf: The concept of streaming doesn't necessarily mean always connected but always available, all of the top streaming service has a way to watch your content offline. Stadia could use Google drive for a portion of the game for offline use when the user is mobile (on the go) when data isn't readily available, this could be a great pro feature. And it cement the play anywhere tag line. Barthandelus: I understand how frustrating it can be, but you have to understand that if you want Stadia to work, like everything, they need ressources (money /o/). Other streaming services also have premium features increasing performances. Check Parsec / Parsec Warp for e.g. Locwolf: yes I know other services have preimum features but Google/ Stadia already have users & infrastructure that the other services don't, so it makes sense to capitalize on it. At least to me it does.
