Thanks for the reply @Delta13. I have sent several feedback requests since joining in August of last year. I've yet to get a response. Same with the publishers. It's deaply frustrating I periodically open a support chat with Stadia, and get the exact same response. My only option seems to be to spam the feedback form or give up on Stadia as a platform. The Switch does allow you to swap thumbstick defaults as does Xbox I believe. Thanks

Hello. I'm a left-handed gamer and prefer to use the left stick for aim and the right to move. As nearly all game publications fail to offer a southpaw option, I struggle unless you can override the defaults. You can't on Stadia (booooo), but I did find this extension called ControlStadia to hack your settings. The only problem is, I can't get them to work as intended. It just changes the stick mapping in one axis and ignores the others. Screenshot attached below. Can anybody help? All I want to do is swap the sticks. Thanks ControlStadia

I couldn't get the ControlStadia plug-in to work. It doesn't recognise my stadia controller for some reason. I'd like to swap the left and right thumb-sticks, I'm a southpaw. The only game I've found on stadia that allows custom thumb-sticks is Destiny 2. Rendering the entire platform pretty much useless for left-handed players. It's doing my head in.
Yup, it's an accessibility issue that's given zero thought by most platforms and publishers. Stadia support has yet to reply, 12 months or so after logging the first support ticket. Piss poor.

I've contacted Google Support and sent feedback via Stadia several times but I keep getting the same response. “Please send feedback to the Dev team. The Dev team then “thanks me for my feedback’’. Nothing happens. It's the same with the game publishers, logging support tickets just get me a “Thanks for your feedback, our dev team will’’ blah, blah then nothing. Thinking of jacking it in and asking for a full refund on the games and controller. Waste of money. The Nintendo Switch allows users to swap thumb-stick defaults on individual controllers to southpaw. Stick with that.
Destiny 2 is the only game I've tried on Stadia with a southpaw option so far. I ended up using a mouse and keyboard, which makes the controller a total waste of money. Pretty poor from Google.

Hello, Two of the three games that I've tried so far don't allow you to switch the look/move for a left-handed user. Rendering them pretty much unplayable for me. Probably more of an issue with the publishers but it's very annoying. It's bad enough having the function buttons on the right, but I can get used to that. What should I do? Contact the game publishers or lobby Google to make a left-handed controller? Or can I do something to change the default somehow? Thanks
