Its only valid for new accounts, so i'd recommend setting up a new account to use the code... dont know why but thats how google works

Having the same issue, its really stupid if you offer a service in a country (in this case of the netherlands) and only let people use credit cards, which are rarely used in this country anyway... yo... See more...
Having the same issue, its really stupid if you offer a service in a country (in this case of the netherlands) and only let people use credit cards, which are rarely used in this country anyway... you want people to use your service but add a suitable payment method...
