Such a shame. I was able to play modern games without having to spend a fortune on a new console. The gameplay and graphics were great. How didn't that take off?! Well actually the answer is simple, mistake 1: they didn't invest in enough marketing, nobody outside of Google fan base knew about it. Mistake 2: not enough investment in new AAA titles to lure customers over. At least I get my money back.

There hasn't been a AAA game announced in a long time. Come on Stadia, get those games signed up. For very causal gamers like me, who can't justify spending lots of money on a PC or console Stadia is the only option. Really want it to succeed, but needs more big games. Seems to be a bit stagnant at the moment.

@Krampus I take your point, but I still think there are loads of gamers out there who would be influenced by 'traditional' T.V adverts. I'd agree that the younger demographic would be targeted better via online ads, but those old casuals like me still need to see slick productions on the box to sway them. It just gives it more weight and brings it into the general public's vocabulary (even if it's 'what's Stadia'). That's why companies pay so much for cup final adverts. I have a quite a few friends who are still into gaming and none of them have heard of Stadia. I'm late 30s, which I'd say  should still be a big target audience for Stadia. I've seen a fair few others on this forum mention the same thing. I'm sure Google have loads of expert  Marketers and I hate it when layman tell experts how to do their job... But...

Agreed @RedDragon. I've not seen one advert for Stadia on actual Television. I mean do they want more players or not?! Spend some of that cash Google. More advertisment = more players = more games sold = more games made = more AAA titles. It's not rocket science. The platform is great, far cheaper than consoles or PC, and offers unique features (like those mentioned above). Stadia is right for success, if it had the Marketing to support it.
Any plans for Hogwarts Legacy to make it to Stadia?!
Hogwarts Legacy please!! This game looks amazing and it would help drive more players to stadia.

Stadia you really need to give some more focus to those outside of the US. i.e. the other 7 billion of us! Surely it wouldnt be too difficult for you to provide a tailored news feed that doesnt rub these deals in the face of the rest of the world who cant access them. I mean your one of the largest 'multinational' corporations. Stop acting as tho you're just testing it out for the rest of us.

Why are people so worked up. If i was running Stadia id probably close the Game making side of it too. It would be near impossible to compete with the big exsisting developers. Why not let them do what they do best in making good games and Stadia focus on getting the platform amazing whilst bringing those AAA games to the Stadia. Did the Stadia even release any in house games? If not we're not missing anthing anyway.

Hi @ChrisFromGoogle ! It's a bit rediculous to reply to @Henrique's post telling him the best way to leave feedback is through the feedback form, but then to not take 2min to also respond to his question at the same time! Even if you provide a generic response such as 'We're working on it, as per our press release it'll be ready early this year' would be better. Ive just done it and im not getting paid, it was really easy. Replying without actually replying smacks of a faceless corporation. Nobody likes that, it gets everyone's back up. Then again you're probably just a bot, nobody like them either. Wonder if I'll get a reply asking me to put this in the app feedback form.

Lots of people saying its up to developers to bring games to Stadia, not Google. And players should contact the developer not Stadia. Surely if Google want their platform to survive they should be approaching developers to pursued them to bring more games to their platform, like GTA. I'm sure they did this for the other big titles they secured. No harm putting requests on here for Stadia team to consider.  I would think they'll have much more sway (and no doubt provide some financial incentive as part of a deal) than an individual gamer. If you really want a title, sure do both, but don't stop asking Stadia for more games. They are much needed.
Out of interest are you still able to play on your galaxys6? mine stopped working completely a couple of months ago.
Amazing offer! Stadia really trying to increase its user base. In answer to others it does say UK applicable in terms.

Hi @Tobonaut  Agreed, it is an old phone (waiting for foldables to come down in price!). I suppose my issue is with the fact that it was previously supported and worked fine.  someone has made the decision to remove it which isnt progressing the platform (quite the opposite). I have sent inna feedback but i dont think they reply to them.  Can a stadia rep shed any light?

But about a month ago it stopped working. Why has support been dropped? Please bring it back! Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks

I'm pretty sure most of those leaving negative comments are employed by Microsoft or Sony. So much irrational hatred for what is an amazing platform. Yes it's taken a little time to roll out new features but ITS A NEW PLATFORM. What's more its half the price of any other console to get started. And no im not on the google pay roll.
Great news! ESO was one of the reasons i got Stadia. fantastic we'll get it free on pro too! Thanks.

Firstly I really like Stadia and accept that it's a new platform and so there are bound to be some teething problems. However it seems that some issues go beyond teething and deserve answers.  For example when Stadia launched (and only up untill recently) the google store advertised loads of games as 'available' on Stadia (i.e. they were ready to play). For example i purchased it having been told i could play Elder Scrolls Online, one of the reasons i purchased Stadia. This is clearly false advertising since it is still not out. Surely that goes behond teething problems and into criminality. When will ESO be released? Also as a side note Stadia needs to increase marketing to grow its user base (I'm sure Google have the money). Not sure what its like in other countries but no one outside of the games industry in the UK has heard of Stadia. Lastly i love google products but hate it that you avoid paying taxes in UK. Stop scrounging and pay your taxes!
