This is a personal thing, but I'd love to see achievements rewarded in a Google play balance. Getting a nominal value for a trophy (even 1 cent) would soon add up if players played games on the system, creating a self fulfilling loop or rewarding gamers. It would set Stadia apart from other platforms in that achievements actually mean something.

You never own a game, its a common misconception.  You own a license to play the game. In this case, the license is tied directly to the Stadia platform.  It cannot be downloaded anymore than it can be played on a PS4. Where this can get complicated is if the developer wishes to make the licence transferable. (They haven't, but in theory could in the future)

Hey @OkRuh  I get that you are annoyed with the problem, but lashing out at a stranger whos trying to help isn't cool. What @RXShorty is trying to do is troubleshoot and isolate the issue.  They are trying to determine what could be causing the problem. So, do you have another device in your home with HDMI input?  If so, can you try the CCU with that?  If the problem persists here its likely the CCU.  If you cannot test it this way, then does your TV have an alternative HDMI port?  Can you test the CCU in that? We are trying to help, so expect more questions if the answers are fairly standard ones.

I've stated this before and its not something anyone wants to hear, but Stadia really, really, really depends on consistency of speed, not top speed. It tests the consistent quality of your network far far more than any other service will.   The first port of call is really your ISP.  Ask them to monitor the line to get a stable connection, not a fast one (This is utterly counter what most users ask for).. a consistent 50mbps will run Stadia far better than a sketchy 300mbps that overloads the line.  This isn't something you can measure using a speed checker, but if you speak to an ISP they will monitor a line and stabilise it, and this shouldn't be a quick phone call, but rather a 24 hr at minimum line check.   I pay for a much, much faster connection than I get, but I have a smooth consistent line.  I have no hiccups with Stadia at all.  At max speed, it glitches.

Well, there's a practical solution yo can try. Try to ascertain whether its the ISP or the device by running Stadia on a smartphone, tablet or other device. If your pproblem replicates from device to device, its likely ISP.  However if its seemless on one and flawed on the other, we will investigate more.

As anyone who reads Stadia articles or watches stadia vids on YouTube, (Yes Nerdnest, Im looking at you) a mysterious feature(?) Called project Hailstorm has been found in the Stadia APK. So, what do we think Project Hailstorm is... or want it to be?  Nothing wrong with a bit of baseless speculation hey? For me, its ABSOLUTELY  the fact that Rockstar Games have signed an exclusivity agreement with Stadia and GTA 6 is a Stadia exclusive.  Google putting that cash to good use and hailstorming all over other consoles....

Stadia dependa more on the quality and consistency of your Internet stream than it does the speed. No-one wants to hear "contact your ISP" but its the first step in getting Stadia to run like a dream.  Ask them to monitor the line and look for dips. Aside from that, disable any Chrome plug ins, and after that see how it works.  If all that doesn't work we are here to help.
@StarHeart  Have you activated YouTube streaming?

So now its not Stadia or Google, Now it's your ISP you have an issue with?    And to use your analogy, PSN (I'll happily share my defunct profile if you don't think I've been a member since day dot) is the equivalent of buying Season 1 of Game of Thrones on Blu Ray.  You will just be getting into the story by episode 5 when it cuts out and tells you to pay to get access to the rest of the content you've already paid for.    You hink that's a better service than being able to watch the entire season in 720p?  I think that's a ludicrous statement .
@asylum612361  Great news!  Are you new to Stadia?  What are you playing on at the moment and whats your experience been?

@GrumpyGamer  Stadia Pro is an optional service too.  Exactly the same as PS Plus and Game Pass.  You do not have to pay for it.  You are arguing the semantics of  the function of the service provides a lack of value. PS plus and Game Pass withhold functionality of a game you have paid for, you cannot play multiplayer without paying Microsoft or Sony for the privilege of doing so.  This is after you have paid them a large amount of money to buy a system, and then paying them for a game to play on it.  After that, they will say 'See this second icon on the menu, the one just below single player, nope'. Stadia allows you to optionally improve parts of your experience at cost.   They are not withholding paid content to you behind a paywall. All three services then provide recompense through the gifting of games you can play while subscribed to the service, that deactivate if you stop. I know which I think is a better deal for gamers, and I choose to pay that.  I've spent 25 years buying Sony systems and have been a gamer for a lot longer.  You can bash Stadia for a lot of things (though they are dwindling on an almost daily basis).  Value proposition, however, is not one of them  At all.

@GrumpyGamer  While I see your point, you don't 'need' to spend $100 on the console, Stadia will work with the kit you have. And when looking at the consoles, they cost $449 and have a monthly fee iaround $10 f you want to save to the cloud or play your $70 game with your friends. Stadia is a service, as is PS plus, or Gamepass.   You as a consumer choose what value is to you.  I happen to think its remarkable value to pay for crazy fast load times, gaming across a multitude of platforms, 0 download patches (Did anyone else see the issues Allanah Pearce had with yesterday's Cyberpunk stream) and anywhere between 3 to 6 games a month in my library.   Personally I'm not seeing the value in a $449 box that overheats, requires constant storage juggling, still makes me pay monthly to play friends and requires patches when I do get the chance to play.  But each to their own.
Doom Eternal by a long way. Sekiro is a runner up for me. Notable shout outS to Borderlands 3, Sniper Elite 4 and Steamwortld Dig.

I assume you are speaking about the "Campaigns" menu screen where from hitman 1 you can jump straight to hitman 2? While I like the idea, does it make that much difference using Stadia? You have an App that can toggle between games with ease, and Google assistant that can launch you straight into another game using the controller.
