Hey Google, Let's get serious for a minute and just admit that you made some mistake and make this better for people in some other way regarding being able to add an Premiere Edition invite code to an existing code. I'm assuming that these invite codes are shared with the buddy codes which make it hard to differentiate and you don't want people double-dipping - I get it! Mistakes were made but howzabout you just fix it. But - saying "make a new account" at the same time that you're adding 2 months to other existing paid accounts just makes this look like you don't know what you're doing with customer support. You publically are expressing that you KNOW this is a problem and not working right but the current response is like a big *shrug* and "i don't know". Can you come up with some better options for this? Some ideas until you can fix the underlying issue: Delete the code via support chat and credit 3 months (heck I'm fine if you even retroactively reimburse me after I paid 3 months) Give me an option to exchange the code for a game (Borderlands 3 sounds nice and was on sale for $30 at one point so seems fair for this frustration)
