Were the troubleshooting steps I linked earlier able to help at all? I suspect a hardware reset may do the trick - if not, factory resetting the controller almost certainly will.

I think Khoros would need to implement on this end and then make it easy for communities (and their users) to toggle the theme accordingly. Otherwise the community owners would likely have to do a lot of custom dev work to apply their own optional theming. In the meantime, I think I'd die (or at least burn my eyes!) without the Dark Reader extension for Chrome. It makes the web a significantly more pleasant place.
@EsseEstPercipi what can you tell us about the audio setup on your TV? Are you using the TV's built-in speakers or something external?

Hi @Kurodani, Having a touch screen shouldn't be an issue here. I do most of my Stadia'ing on touchscreen Chromebooks - though of course those are running Chrome OS instead of Windows. Still, it seems like the browser code should be the same.  Have you tested with the Edge browser to see if the pointer lock works any better there? If that works, you might see if using Stadia in a Chrome Incognito window also works. Let me know how it goes!

Hi @cybereality, Can you test by shutting down your Chromebook, booting it back up, and logging in as a Guest user? You can then point your browser to stadia.google.com, log in with your Google account, and see how Stadia behaves in-game. Testing as a guest should help to rule out any issues which could be caused by installed Android apps or browser extensions.  https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1057090  The Duet does have pretty limited resources so I'd strongly recommend disabling the Play Store features unless you absolutely need to use Android apps on your Chromebook. For what it's worth, though, my Duet has become my primary gaming device and I rarely have issues with it.  Let me know how it goes!

@JackBasford2002 we're going to need some more information in order to better assist you. Let's start with: Did the controller previously work and just stopped working, or are you having problems with the controller when trying to use it for the first time? What "screen" are you trying to use the controller on - computer, Chromecast, mobile phone, etc.? Have you already tried the tips here for recovering an unresponsive controller? - https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9584135

Hi @worldhunger, Is your Android TV box connected to both networks? Or do you have separate Android TV boxes: one (or more) on each network?  Are you using the Stadia app on your phone to switch the controller between the networks? What happens when you try to link the controller to the box on the Comcast network? Any vibration or light patterns on the controller? Thanks!
@GingeRNutZ Glad to hear it hasn't recurred yet! Let us know if it happens again and we can dig a bit deeper.

@GingeRNutZ When you mention doing a Stadia reboot, is that using the "Shutdown Stadia" option and then launching it again by reconnecting the controller, or are you forcefully rebooting the Chromecast by removing and reapplying power? How is your CCU connected to your network? (wired/wireless) And is this only an issue on the game landing pages or does it continue once you start the game as well?
@GingeRNutZ What are you using for sound output? TV speakers, surround sound system connected to the TV, headphones connected to the controller, or something else?

@GFnks Are you trying to purchase a game which would be included with the Pro subscription? Has your Pro subscription actually expired or have you just chosen to cancel it? (As I understand things, canceling doesn't take effect until the start of your next billing cycle.) What happens when you try to purchase a game?
@Box7762 is this only an issue with Mafia 3? Are you able to play other Stadia games on the same device and network and location without any issues?
@EsseEstPercipi That's a really interesting twist. Thank you for sharing! Please do keep us updated, I'd be very interested to learn more about what's going on and the ultimate solution.

From chatting with some other Guides, it really sounds like the issue has to be either with your local network or with your internet connection.  I know it feels like I'm asking a lot of questions and we're not really getting anywhere. It's unfortunately quite challenging to remotely diagnose a network issue without access to that network. I have to rely solely upon you to provide accurate details about your setup and symptoms so that we can methodically work through eliminating variables and eventually arrive at a solution. Please work with me on this. I'm genuinely trying to help you here, but I need your help to be able to do that.  The more details you can provide, the better.  What steps did you take to rule out the router as a potential problem? Did you try powering down the router for 30 seconds and then powering it back on? It may seem silly and pointless, but trust me, that can often help to correct all sorts of issues. Even if the problem comes back after a little while, it's an important step that can help to narrow the scope of the investigation. And it would be quite helpful if you could tell us the manufacturer and model of the router, type of internet connection (cable, fiber, etc), and the name of your ISP. We Guides have spent a lot of time helping thousands of Stadia users troubleshoot their home networks, and we've seen some combinations of devices and providers that just don't work well for various reasons. I'd love to be able to rule out your router and service provider so we can focus our efforts elsewhere. Thanks for hanging in there!

Hi @GreatMilenko, I don't have that particular Chromebook, but my Lenovo Chromebook Duet (powered by a much lesser MediaTek Helio P60T chip versus the HP's SD 7c) is my preferred Stadia gaming device, and I haven't had any performance issues with it. Based on the comparisons I've read, the HP should really beat the snot out of my Lenovo.  Have you tried launching Stadia in an Incognito browser window to see if that makes a difference? You could also try logging onto your Chromebook as a guest and testing it that way; that would help to rule out any local profile settings or extensions that might be interfering. Let me know how it goes!

So the router is directly connected to your internet uplink, and everything else is directly connected to the router?  Have you tried power-cycling the router?
