Nice, glad to hear that did the trick! And happy to apply some of my Platinum PE for Chrome OS knowledge over on this side!
Can you see if resetting your browser settings makes any difference? https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3296214

If you click the Switch Accounts button, does it display both your Workspace and personal Google accounts? Just trying to step through this and make sure the accounts are showing up correctly where they're supposed to.
And when you're on the Stadia home page, and click on your avatar at the top right, does it correctly show the details for your personal account?
Thanks for those details! Did you add your personal account as described here? https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/9255194

Hi @misterjupiter, Can you do me a favor and provide us with some additional information about your system? Go to  Settings > About Chrome OS > Additional details , tap on the little "Copy" icon (it looks like two stacked sheets of paper) next to the  Build details  line, and paste the results here.    Additionally, are you able to log in to this Chromebook under your personal Google Account and launch Stadia successfully there?
I think that would be pretty cool to see. Please be sure to also use the in-app feedback option to share this suggestion directly with the Stadia team.

Hi @Kmediavietnam, Since this impacted both your controllers I don't think it's likely to be an issue with the controllers themselves (something which could be resolved with a reset), but that does make me wonder if it might be something to do with your WiFi network. I know everything else was working correctly, but the other devices on your network may not be as sensitive to latency, jitter, or other issues as the Stadia controllers are. A good first test might be to simply reboot your router and see if the next few gaming sessions are any better. Let me know how that goes and we can investigate further.

I know this may seem like an obvious move to you, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts on how this would best play out. Are you simply imagining a handheld gaming device (similar to the Steam Deck or Nintendo Switch) and a 5G radio for connectivity, or something more interesting? What would make that a better solution than attaching something like Razer's Kishi controller on to the 5G-equipped phone you likely already have? I feel like one of Stadia's big advantages is that it will "run" on basically any device with a web browser. It doesn't need any specialized gaming hardware so I'm struggling to understand how a (likely expensive) dedicated device that can only run Stadia would offer a better end-user experience.

Preach! I've discovered so many absolute gems that I wouldn't have given a second thought to if they weren't curated and presented to me each month. There's always something new for me to check out and enjoy, and that is one of my favorite parts of being a Stadia Pro Founder.

Hi @DarkevilPT, I think that's a great idea! It would be terrific if players could have a casual slayfest while waiting for others to join instead of being stuck in a boring lobby. This is something which would need to be implemented by the game developers though rather than the Stadia platform. Please be sure to share this suggestion with Bethesda and Robots Entertainment.
I thought I'd check out Roguebook real quick like.... and then I stayed up two hours past my bedtime playing. I am hooked, this is an absolute gem.

Have you tried any troubleshooting on the controller side of things? Sometimes a quick hardware reset can help to get things working better.  Also be sure there isn't any debris inside the controller's USB-C port. I recommend using a flashlight to inspect it, and a folded piece of paper to remove any debris you find.

Hi @Teeblah, Did you enable the Generic Gamepad Configuration Support option?  Step 3 here. I also saw someone mention that they needed to use the stable version of the Steam client rather than the beta version. (not sure if that's applicable here but I thought I'd mention it just in case)

Never on the 6 Pro? I launched Cyberpunk on my 6 Pro this morning and it worked just fine so that should rule out an incompatibility with the device model. Also knowing that it works fine on your 5 should rule out a problem with your local network. So it's likely an issue specific to your device (which I think we already knew). Can you see if clearing the cache for the Stadia app (Settings > Apps > See all apps > Stadia > Storage & cache > Clear cache) helps at all? If not, go back to the same location but pick the Clear data option and then try again.   Let me know how it goes and we can investigate further if needed.

@alex2189 the Stadia controller doesn't support Bluetooth connections. To use it in non-Stadia apps on any device you would have to connect it via USB.  The wireless connection will only work with Stadia since it's connecting over WiFi to the Stadia gaming instance in the cloud rather than the local host device.
