Hello. Games that you have bought are always playable. You don't need a Pro subscription for this. You are able to play purchased games without Pro in HD and without surround sound.

It looks like your internet provider doesn't deliver a very consistent connection. You should try some speedtest.net while using the cable. Check if you are getting the promised speeds thought the day while nobody else is using internet. The reason you have issues is because Stadia needs a reliable internet connection with low latency. Sure you can perfectly play your PS online, this way less internet intensive. My own ISP should deliver 250 Mbps down but during the evening it sometimes drops to 160. Should more than enough to get Stadia running... But it is not only the bandwidth that is dipping... My ping (responds time) raises and Stadia stutters... My ISP is looking into this... Things like YouTube and Netflix work fine because those services can cache stuff.... This is not possible for Stadia so it needs a decent connection all the time.

Well I followed the proces because of a broken right trigger while playing F1. Also went on the support chat and was asked tot make a vid. No problem. Received the email with alle the questions. I dont own the box of my Wasabi controller but this is not stopping the proces. So overall: Chat with support Provide vid with defect while in the chat Received email Make picture with serial nummer and piece of paper with the casenumber presented in the email. Put personal info and ordernumber in the email and replay. Received new email with replacement order Order new controller (you dont het charges) Wait die the replacement tot arrive Return defect controller Ok it is not the most customer friendly proces but the support is great. Friendly people and I am getting a new controller.

Please note that Mbps is not the same as MB/s. If your are downloading with 6 MB/s your 80 Mbps is mostly used. The max you can achieve is 10 MB/s if your internet line has the ideal speed. So yes if you are downloading with 6MB/s you don't have enough bandwidth enough to play Stadia. Want to know more you could search on Google: 80 Mbps to mb.

I having issues with my ISP when using streams and Stadia at the same time. Even on LAN with a 250 MB internet connection. My ISP is looking into it and it looks like it drops some pings when using 2 or more streaming services. Maybe you can check it out if it helps if people don't use any other streaming service.
Don't think this is possible. I created a new Google Account just for Stadia. Maybe try using the incognito mode in Chrome? When you close the browser you are logged out.
The base game is going for sale this Friday. Bought the Deluxe edition which runs pretty good. Got some problems using the only servers of Codemasters.... And some loading times are a bit long.
