Understand your frustrations... I also tried to love Stadia, somehow it didn't work as well I hoped. Until I took my controllers to my brother and played on a other internet connection (ISP) and it runs without any issues. When I got home got the same internal setup but different ISP. Contacted the ISP a lot of times because yes I got the bandwidth I pay for but the latency was not all that good. They fixed the neighborhood network infrastructure and now I am able to enjoy Stadia as it should. Hope you will find your issues why it isn't right for you.
Don't think so. Do you have Multi Factor Enabled on your Ubisoft account? https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/faqs/000025170/secure-your-account-with-2-step-verification

Sunny posted a YouTube video on NBA 2k21 running on Stadia. It is the current version and NOT the next gen version. A pass for me... It looks almost the same as 2k20.
Sorry I started without a controller. Thought my post made it clear I started with only a keyboard and mouse. But as Matt1 states you dont need a controller.

When you are playing OMD3 you invite your friend. Your friend must select ready and then you should be able to play. We also had some issues with the ingame menu.

Using Stadia while using other streaming services really loads your internet connection. I had a 70 Mbit internet connection which should be enough for Stadia HD/4K. This was true until my wife decided to stream some YouTube. Strangely while streaming Netflix in 4K it wasn't that bad as with YouTube. Right now I upgraded my internet connection (same router and wifi mesh network) and there are no issues while using Stadia and other streaming services.

I am running Ubuntu with Chrome and the Stadia+ plugin and have enabled the force VP9 in these settings. Now the complete load comes to the CPU which does needs to work for it. Right now running Ubuntu on my HP Envy with AMD Ryzen 7 3700u. Not sure if the hardware mode is possible with this processor, tried some solutions but none of them worked. Would love to see some native GPU support.
