As far as I understand the games that are being shutdown are the original versions of the game.

Are you playing on the TV with a Chromecast or on your laptop/phone? And do you play with the controller connected to WiFi or using a cable?
If you are using the Stadia controller with WiFi it can be worth checking if your Stadia controller is connected to a WiFi 2.4GHz network. The reason U ask is because the Stadia controller does have some problems when connected to a 5GHz WiFi network.

Maybe a good option is just to buy the game if you play in HD and Stereo for example.
Then again it doesn't solve the issue that the game developers seems to lack doing updates on Stadia...
