I had the same situation and asked the bank to transfer the funds to my new bank. They did that without issues. Hope your old bank want you back as a customer in the future by helping you out.

Hi @theJRK5  If you are new to Stadia it is not possible to register anymore for Stadia. So if you dont have an account you will not be able to login and check out the games.

Also try to reach out to your old Credit Card provider as they accepted the refund on their side, there is not much else you can do about it. The creditcard I used for most of my payment was also not active. After reaching out the bank they saw all the refunds and transfered the money to my bankaccount.

Hi @Kiwi0  I know this was an issue at first. But most of it should be resolved. If this is not the case best is to reach out to Google Play support.

Hi @mikedw089 From my understanding, they only refund hardware bought from the Google Store. So I am afraid you are not getting a refund.

Hi @Perps  Many users have requested this... Let's hope this gets some follow-up.  For now, I can use the controller on Steam with a cable; it's not ideal, but it works pretty well.
