@Tobonaut I only have access to 360 (without purchasing another controller). I think with a Mac software plugin I have connected it to my iMac, but it's not hooked up and it's been a long while. (I'm trying to get it to work on my work MacBook without downloading anything). Is there a trick to using the wired controller on a Mac?

I am trying to use an Xbox360 controller on both PC and Mac. I have both wireless and wired 360 controllers (and a USB cable to connect the wireless controller). Only combination that works right now is the hard wired controller to the PC laptop. My optimal connection would be the wireless controller with USB cable connected to the Mac (mac screen is larger and the wireless controller is better than the wired one). I'll settle if I need to, but is there a way to make sure other combinations work?
