I didn't even bother with a refund. I really just want the content. Here is the last update I have from Square Enix support about the content STILL not showing up: " Thank you for reaching out to our team. Unfortunately, we would not be able to suggest anything new. We will forward the information to the team to investigate and possibly resolve the issue. You are free to try previous suggestions and keep checking to see if you can access the DLC periodically but we would not have any further solutions for you to try at this time." So they have given up as well.

This is still an issue for me as well (since November). I've heard back twice from Square Enix and sent them screenshots as well as all the steps I tried: restarted the game, tried different characters, tried opening the stash from Rift Town, created and leveled a new character to level 10 - none of that worked. I'm in the same boat. I paid $3.49 for it so it's not really worth the trouble at this point plus I'd rather have the content. I just wish they wouldn't sell it if they didn't support it.
Does the CCU get really hot? You might have some airflow issues or maybe the CCU is just bad.
I waited about an hour and tried again and got it to work.

I tried to connect to NBA 2k21 and went to "My Team". I get an error, "There is a problem with your connection to our online services. Please visit https://www.nba2k.com/status for up to date information. Error code: a40c9996 aa897ec1". I went to the website and it says Stadia is up and running. I tried submitting the two error codes and it tells me, "code has already been submitted".  I know there is nothing Stadia can do, but I thought I'd put this out here in case others have the same issue.
My link code is also missing but since my code rarely changes, I tried it and it linked just fine. It appears you just can't see the code but it still works. Hopefully they fix it soon though.

I'm having a similar issue. Some games will run just fine but others stop after about 1 min and my latency is really high. I have been keeping an eye on it. The download and upload speeds are fine. It's just the latency that drops. This started happening yesterday. I don't know if Stadia made changes or if my ISP changed something. All speed/latency/upload tests look fine on my ISP. I'm am directly wired to my router but wireless has the same problem.
It's was not working for me either. I was getting the title screen but it never connected to the server. I just kept trying and eventually it worked. 
With everything that is going on with Stadia a good gesture that might restore some confidence is if Stadia offered a 1-year Stadia Pro subscription. This would inspire some confidence that they will... See more...
With everything that is going on with Stadia a good gesture that might restore some confidence is if Stadia offered a 1-year Stadia Pro subscription. This would inspire some confidence that they will at least be around for another year. Of course, they could always cancel and refund the subscription if anything changed but I know I would feel better knowing they are at least offering that rather than month to month.

This is the response I got back from them: " An apology, but for the moment, here in Customer Care, we don't have any information about any plans on roster updates for the Stadia platform.  Since the development team can't review suggestions sent through customer support, we've created the  NBA 2K Forums  to provide your feedback. I kindly suggest you share your insights there. This way, you can also talk about your feedback with others in our community, as well." So I guess we need to go complain on their forums instead.

I have the same problem. Closing the game and the browser fixes the problem for me. It seems like there is a memory leak in the game as it happens consistently after playing longer than an hour.

I did find this on Ubisoft's support site regarding key bindings on Division 2. It doesn't help us at all on Stadia but may explain why it still hasn't been fixed because we can't access "local" game... See more...

It doesn't help us at all on Stadia but may explain why it still hasn't been fixed because we can't access "local" game files: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000060557 FIXING THE KEY MAPPING RESET To solve this issue, please follow the steps below:    - Open your file explorer by clicking the folder icon on your taskbar or search for Explorer and choose   File Explorer. - Navigate to C:/Users/%username%/Documents/My Games/ (this is the default location) - Locate the folder of your game (for instance, Rainbow Six: Siege or Ghost Recon: Wildlands). - Then, rename this folder (for instance, Rainbow Six: Siege_old or Ghost Recon: Wildlands_old) - Finally, make sure that   UPLAY IS RUNNING WITH ADMIN RIGHTS and relaunch the game. You will have to set your key mapping one last time but it shouldn't reset after the next restart.

First I have to say that I love Stadia! I referred my friend to the platform and thought it would be interesting to share her first impressions and my thoughts to Stadia. I think I've just gotten used to how things are so these things don't bug me anymore but I'm sure a lot of new players have these same thoughts: 1- In going to the website and asking her to sign up, "Aren't there any free demos I can try to see if Stadia will even work before I sign up?" - Stadia, a free 5 min demo of any game to see if the platform works before making a commitment would be a nice feature. 2- (in the Store site) "There are too many games here where's the search bar? You think a company like Google who does searches would have figured out a search option." - Stadia, we need a search bar and some way to organize our games (i.e. hide games we don't want to see or play anymore). I realize there is an extension for chrome that does both of these things but it really should be part of Stadia by now. 3- "I don't want to claim these free games. I don't have a big enough hard drive"  - I may not have done a good job explaining cloud gaming to my friend but really this is one of the huge selling points of Stadia - no installs, no hard drive space. Stadia needs to do a better job marketing the platform.

I figured mine out as well. Before doing a factory reset I found a way to prevent the controller from automatically linking to another device. Apparently it was trying to connect to a different device: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9584135 Make sure your Stadia Controller is off. If your controller is on, press and hold the Stadia button   for 4 seconds to turn it off. Press and hold the Stadia button   for 3 seconds, until your controller rumbles twice. The controller is ready for you to enter a new linking code.

I'm having a similar issue. My controller works fine with my phone and Chromecast but I cannot connect it to my PC. My second controller works just fine on the PC. It blinks white, I put in the link code, it vibrates then turns white. After about 20 seconds it just shuts off and I never receive a message on the PC that the controller is linked. I haven't tried plugging it in with a cable yet. I'll give that a try. It's just a weird problem.

This tells the controller not to connect to its normal WiFi network but go into set up mode. Method 2 – Factory reset If for whatever reason, the quick disconnect method doesn’t work for you, or if you want to make your controller like new again, the next option is to factory reset the Stadia Controller. As   documented by Google, to factory reset,   while your controller is off, press-and-hold the   Capture   and   Google Assistant   buttons for 6 seconds, until the controller vibrates.

I don't know if this helps but Comcast has a plan that costs $25 more a month to rent their equipment and it gives you unlimited data. It's called XFi Advantage. It's a little better than paying $50 ... See more...
