I'm from the UK so this includes me, I already have 3 controllers and CCU's so won't be partaking of this deal this time.  I've noticed though that people mention "no Canada" in the comments for every deal.  Why is Canada never included?  Is Stadia not supported in Canada or something?
They patched it weeks ago mate.  It's been fixed.
It hasn't happened to me with The Drew 2, but Doom Eternal crashed on me a couple of times last week.  I got the same msg.

It turns out that it was a pricing error after all (I think). It's now down to £34.99. I hope any dumb arses that paid £59.99, get a refund.
What's worrying me is that I want Google to succeed with Stadia. The platform is brilliant and works great. It's stupid moves like these that will sink it, though.

Has anyone seen the price of this yet? I paid £34.99 when it first came out years ago. They are going too far with their pricing of this one.  No way I'd pay that.  That is a very crazy and greedy p... See more...

I just got the exact same e-mail.
Just emailed them.  We will see if they fix this.  I hope so.

CDPR Doesn't know all the bugs in their game.  Years from now people are still going to be finding new ones.  That has happened many times with The Elder Scrolls series.  New ones still pop up now and then in Skyrim.  The Witcher 3 is the same. Bugs in open world games are sometimes really hard for developers to find. They may find most, but not all.

I've always avoided  conflicts on social networks.  I never get involved.  The problem I find is bringing a topic up in the first place.  Especially if you bring up that a game is a bit buggy or performing badly.  I get bushwhacked when I do that.  Only in Stadia groups though.  I never had that problem with Sony or Microsoft groups.  People in those groups are normally bringing up the same issues as me.  It's pretty weird.

Yeah, I think that too.  I hate to say this, but I have to.  I've always hated fanboys on the other platforms because they cause more problems than they solve.  Sony, Microsoft PC & Nintendo fanboys bash the hell out of Stadia, because its new and fanboys hate something new from a new company that enters the market.  The problem is it creates fanboys on the new platform making it a vicious circle.  I've been bushwhacked a few times on Facebook  by Stadia fanboys, feeling that I am attacking the Stadia platform.  I haven't been however, I love the Stadia platform.  I'm just an old gamer that games on many platforms & wants patches for the games that I see as buggy or not running as well as they do on my base systems (I have been comparing Doom Eternal and RE7 that I have on base PS4 to the Stadia ports)

The freezing kicked in again. Just during the intro level though (until you jump off the first Titan). It seems fine after that (so far). Perhaps that's why many others don't notice it (because they are not starting the game from scratch again).  There is no way I'm going to play test the rest of the game for ID software or Stadia though.  That's their job.

Right.  I've managed to find a possible (temporary fix) for Doom Eternal.  It doesn't fix the right audio channel issue, but it gets around the game freezing.  When I start the game, and it gets to the camera freezing when passing the Moon, I paused the game and exited to main menu. I deleted the game that was started and restarted it.  The Intro played correctly after that.  Once I started the first level however the freezing starting again, so I did what I did before, but this time I skipped the entire intro  and the first level started correctly.  I just got as far as glory killing the zombie through the first door, which normally has a 3-second freeze and there was no freeze.  I'm not sure about the rest of that level, but if I encounter more freezing I'll post it on here.   I've also posted this message on the Slayer forums with the hope that ID Software will see it and fix these bugs.

I tried that mate.  It happens with both headphones and speakers.  It goes back to normal once past the initial into. I noticed it when the Ancient Gods part 2 came out.  Doom Eternal never had issue's before that.  I just assumed ID would have patched the freezes and loss of sound from the right channel by now.  I just re-downloaded it on my PS4, and it doesn't have any of the same problems.  I hope ID take notice of my post on their forums.
