You can just play from most of the TV with the Stadia app or using Chromecast Ultra + TV and controller. This why you don't need a console.

Hi @Oliviermejia  Unfortunately, Stadia pro is not refundable in Stadia. You can try to reach stadia support but not sure if this is eligible.

At this point, if the controller still in warranty, I recommend you to reach Stadia support to see option after all the troubleshooting steps.
