Hi @SkeletonLeRat  This is expected behavior. Stadia is closing in 14 days, so no one can create an account or purchase new games. 
Did you check with the back to see if there was a refund for the game?

Hi @Carlo1  Probably only the direct purchases are considered for refund and not third party selling between two private users. Check FAQ for new updates on this matter from Dan's post.

Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. In the past, I have the same issue only with destiny 2 which won't allow me to continue the sessions unless I stop it and restart again the game.

I believe that Google Play credit has not the chance at this moment. However, it is a good feedback.  he quickest way to let Stadia team know about your request is to submit a feedback You should submit from Stadia app or Browser (icon profile > feedback)!
Hi @Lilsean2015  From Stadia this is not possible, however, you can do inside the game that have a system of friends or co-op options like Destiny (if the game is cross platform multiplayer).
Hi @Coolbutter27 Usually, the add-on are available from the Ubisoft store inside the game on the initial menu. Did you check there to redeem it?  
Hi @Cazcy  Do you see this issue only on Cyberpunk 2077 or other games as well? If this is only on Cyberpunk 2077 is quite strange, are you able to uninstall and try to install the Stadia app again?
