Same here... New Premiere owner, purchased and activated in March, missed out on 2 free months.  @Manus has it right. It shouldn't matter when we activated our codes.  Premiere and Founder members should be classified by Google as PAID Pro members.  We aren't "trial" users.  "Trial" users are people who pay nothing and get 3 months free and then could cancel and have 2 months free now. Founders/Premiere accounts are PAID members who gave money to Google for hardware and PAID for 3 months of Pro up front.  It's NOT a 3 month trial...it's 3 months PAID included as part of a premium package.  Perhaps just a technicality, but still true. So as PAID Pro members, regardless of when we activated those 3 months, they should be extended by 2 months just like any other PAID member would be. Free members not currently on trial: 2 months free Pro members who have been billed at least once: 2 months free Ex-Pro members who aren't Pro right now: 2 months free Founders/Premiere who simply haven't had their credit card charged yet - NO SOUP FOR YOU! It's ridiculous.

@emondelog I'm in exactly the same situation.  I activated my Premiere Edition on March 23rd, and so I'm technically not a PAID member until June 23rd.  But unlike a normal trial user, you and I have actually already given money to Google. I read through the whole Stadia FAQ, and it does seem we are out in the cold.  I don't see why there are any loopholes here.  Google can simply move the next-billed date for EVERY Stadia account forward two months.  Either you are giving away 2 months free, or you are not.  Why would there be any exceptions?  Especially for Founders & Premiere Edition accounts?
