Does anybody else experience significant skipping and stuttering at night? Morning and day time it's perfect. However, at night, it becomes unplayable. I have tried on both the Chomecast and on a pixelbook. acts the same on both. My internet is fiber, I'm good on speed. Thanks for your replys
