I've got to ask @GraceFromGoogle why there has been so little clear information? We all know you've had a major problem, but if you communicate with people and let them know... 1. What happened? 2. What you are doing currently to fix it? 3. What you are going to do compensate people who believed and support in you? 4. A realistic time frame for people to get their codes, shipping and compensation? You would restore the faith of people to some extent in your customer service, if not your ability to launch a product!
Ordered 8th no concole but in the delivery network, no code, nearly no patience, no way am I going to recommend Google to another peraon

@GraceFromGoogle Will this go on for extra days until everyone has been sent a code, so that the people who have been affected by appalling customer service and lack of communication can get some benefit or is only for those lucky enough to get a cod by ordering not in the first few days after launch?

Apparently due to be delivered tomorrow according to the order page, but Thursday according to the delivery company, just gets better. #MajorScrewUp
Would it be the codes
@GraceFromGoogle Why wasn't it just connected to the order email, why did we need a code? 
@GraceFromGoogle it's not just people on the 6th, is there any info you can provide on where we can get direct information on each account?

Ordered 8th of June, same deal here, seems anyone who ordered at the beginning will get their choice of name after people who ordered in the last month!
