@ARGAH  People, check the pro deal on division, that might convince me to buy this game. It is the cheapest among all platform now and since we also play with PC guy...

But still, unless it is on sale, I will not buy it again, I am saving for doom... Or rage 3 of doom 3 disappoint. And who knows, it might be on pro game next month

I finally found the culprit... It was sadly that chrome extension... As soon as I removed it, the latency was gone... But the drop in FPS especially during intense movement was still present.

Has anyone experienced crazy lags today? Since this morning playing Stadia became a pain, especially Metro Exodus on Mac, the lag makes the game unplayable... I then tried destiny 2 and still a lag but less than Metro. On Chromecast, destiny 2 while a bit more lag than usual, it is not bad, you notice the lag but very small while usually I can not tell the lag but Metro Exodus the lag is big even on Chromecast... Am I the only one experiencing this?

@Mad_Dog_Bravo  Stadia games at the moment are overly expensive (except for new games), MK11, Samourai shodown, Ghost recon are all at arround 30 - 40 on other platform but still + 60 on Stadia. Google should address that, especially since they just unlock the privilege to play, they do not get you to download the game.   If Stadia can some how give a huge incentive to get us to get our already own game we have on other console on Stadia, I will do in a heartbeat... I stopped playing the Xbox mainly because of that 60fps and lack of convenience (have to play on my TV or at least stream on my phone but the graphics are bad)... I would gladly buy again Red dead 2, wildlands (I do not really like breakpoint)... If Stadia offered like a 50-70%off for those who already have those games on other console...   The only game I play on xbox is state of decay (juggernaut edition) mainly because the experience is unique (permanent death)
@Mad_Dog_Bravo  Google announced 120 titles this year, I would be surprised a big company like EA does not see the potential. I am sure they will come

It is totally different. First of all, the Division 1 & 2 are multiplayer game so no pausing the game. Ghost recon is a true open world (more especially wildlands which in my view is 100 times better than breakpoint), civilians, cars, bike, boat, plane, helicopter... But in my view, break point is a huge step back, the map is simply HUGE in ghost recon In Ghost recon, you can finish any mission without getting into a gun battle, you can not in the Division since the enemies are bullet sponge. In Ghost recon, you can just snipe all of them (head shot head shot) then get what you need and leave. Ghost recon involve a lot of stealth No matter who is the enemy (or boss) a head shot will kill him instantly and a few shots to the body will also do it... (In wildlands, I killed one of the hardest boss in 2 seconds (the one in a helicopter)

I do not believe Google is standing still... I am sure they are heavily involved... I bought Stadia last week and what made me do it was the news of that vista studio. To me this showed Google were serious about it...   Sure some like to point those abandoned google projects but they all miss some important points... : Inbox : Was a temporary email server to test new features for gmail. Google glass (Google hater poster boy / trophy).. : Well, how many smart glass do you see people wearing..? My guess would be close to 0, conclusion : There is no market (at least now) for it so killing it was a wise choice.   Now gaming... : - Proven market - You have big companies (Sony, Mocrosoft, Nintendo...) in it - Big money to be made - Everybody has a phone, every body in the western world has home internet, the the potential customer base is **bleep** huge. And when you know that companies actually LOSE money (or barely breaking even) on each console sale, you know that console are just a platform to get people to buy games. Cloud gaming just remove that middleware (console) so scaling can be very very very big... I mean you do not have to get console built, ship to store, ship to customers... Just increase our server capacity and that COVID-19 prove this model right, Cloud gaming won't be penalized by that virus but next gen consoles already delayed (this is a HUUUUUGE opportunity for google, shadow and GeForce now, Xcloud is not ready yet, Microsoft is just rushing it because deep down they fear stadia)... To show what type of opportunity they have : Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed because the xbox one was not powerful enough to run this game... So they delayed it to be close from the next gen launch... Now those consoles are delayed but I doubt CD-project will again delay cyberpunk so Stadia can claim to have the best version of this game. And by that time, Stadia free tier will be available so people will likely just realize they do not need to buy a $600 machine and can just buy the game. Google (Alphabet) should take this god given opportunity to be very agressive. Google is using that lean approach : Throw the MVP (minimum viable product), gather data, improve / pivot, implement... The MVP for a gaming service ... : Playing a game with minimum latency, all the rest can be implemented later.   All those trashing Stadia never even touched it, they are using that viral video about that guy at his job with like 10s latency... But None talk about how it is now, where it has a similar latency than any PS4 and Xbox one (on mobile, the latency is almost null). It is like it is the cool thing to do to trash Stadia. I even asked one of them why he hated stadia... And he had no answer...    It went like this : ME : Why do you hate Stadia so much? HIM : Google do not manage it right just like they mismanage youtube... Me : You take the controller, pick a game and play, what more do you want? Him : ... If they wanted to come into the video game industry, why not using steam server...? Why do they want to have their hand in it...? Me : Why GM didn't partnered with Ford? Why Microsoft did not just use Mac, Why Apple did not use Motorola... Him : Very big latency, very laggy Me : Have you even tried it? Him : ...   That being said, Google should have been more honest about it and say it was a beta testing and they should offer bigger incentives to those who invested early, like additional 3 month pro free.   Oh, and one of the "best" argument against Stadia for the haters is that you have to pay a subscription... They all act like it will only be like this. When google launch their free plan (need to be quick) and go hard on marketing it, there we will know what the mass market think about it, but from my limited sampling, it will be HUGE, people I talked to who were no hardcore gamers like those fanboys all wanted to try it and found the idea very interesting
I would add : - Lego city (so I can play with my son) - GTA v (GTA in 60fps...) - PES 2020 - Watch dog 2 & 1 - Street of rage
If you read my post or even the title, you will notice that I said a game LIKE state of decay... You are so quick on judging without even reading the title

Playing on macbook air is borderline acceptable, at time it jumps, like 3 frames per seconds... Is there a way to improve the mac experience...? I play Metro exodus on mac (thanks Stadia for giving me the option to play FPS with mouse and keyboard) but the quality... Even when I played Destiny... the longer I played, the worst it became but on my TV is just perfect... Any help for Mac?

Good point, I bought it on Xbox one at $3, I will not buy it again at more than $10 especially due to the bullet sponge enemies.. Oh yeah warlord edition... Because the $3 was only for the base game as does the the one on UBI store, but on Stadia it comes with the warlord edition... A reasonable price should be in the $30 since warlord add on cost like $30

For those who do not know, State of decay is an Xbox one game about zombie survival where you have to build a base, fight and survive zombie town, manage ressources... This is the only reason I still play on Xbox one and I would have loved a game like this on Stadia, any chance the Stadia team read this forums to gather ideas?
