I received an email saying I need to update my payment info for a refund, but the email link takes me to "hmm, something is wrong", that the payment profile was deleted (which I did, many months ago). I've reached out to support for a resolution, and they said they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. It's now past that time. I understand it's probably hectic over at Stadia, and I should have some patience. However, with many of my financial and their associated email accounts being closed for over a year, I'm concerned about the situation. Should I reach out to support again with my case number? Should I wait?
