I had the issue with reloading. I had to empty all my guns. Sometimes it helped to open the inventory and change weapons, but had to reload a previous save most times. Only had the issue on a control...

I had the issue with reloading. I had to empty all my guns. Sometimes it helped to open the inventory and change weapons, but had to reload a previous save most times. Only had the issue on a controller. Never happened with mouse and keyboard.
