Yes, we have an official date!!! It's Stay Tuned™! Seriously though, all we can do at this point is sit and wait. People at Stadia know very well they are late in delivering the Family Share feature, which was promised "early 2020". They are surely working on it as we speak, fingers crossed for November 19th....

I suppose I must be retarded, then. Porting a game requires time and money. Stadia can only go that far in providing incentives to port a game on their platform. In the end, though, if the publisher doesn't see a concrete return on their investment, they just wait for better times (as in: a wider user base). So, in the end, yes: if you want a game to be ported on Stadia, the best thing you can do is address directly the publisher and show him all the interest there is for their game. /r
It all depends on software houses Stadia's platform is already out there and available to any developer that wants to join the club!
It's not up to Stadia to bring them in, but to game developers.

I don't think your point stands considering we already had a time frame. We are four month late on delivery, and given that Andy Doronichev himself chimed in a reddit thread to reassure people that they were striving to respect the June deadline, an update is absolutely due at this point. Any news would be welcome, anything, even a "US only feature for now" which in Europe we have started to cope with.

We know nothing about how family sharing will work. We don't even have a timeline (something we had in the first place).  We can only assume how it works based on family sharing for Android, where you create a family group and share titles with that group.

Yes you can livestream yourself watching a match, as long as you don't show the match itself. YouTube is full of reactions to matches, because it is prohibited to livestream the match. There is no written prohibition to livestream a videogame though, and everything that's not prohibited, is allowed.

Stadia Pro is much more than a Netflix of games Films on Netflix' catalog come and go, and when they're gone you can't bring them back. Games redeemed with Pro, on the other hand, are yours to play forever as long as your Pro subscription is active! Also, a side note: my Pro games catalog consists of 46 games at the moment, and it keeps growing! It's easy to beat the 100 game target you said, just keep subscription active to make sure you don't miss any of those juicy games, fee with Pro!

I think it would be more useful if you "bomb" the EA Twitter account instead I'm pretty sure that Stadia has signed an NDA with developers concerning the release announcement of games. They can't say a word without devs' prior consent.

It's not a problem related just to Italy, The Nerf Report made a recent video explaining just how little coverage Stadia gets on big webzines / info sites. The fact that Hutchinson's tweet got far more retweets than all the official tweets about the Good Stuff combined is indicative of the media coverage Stadia has received so far.

Good morning everyone!  I have appreciated these days of Good Stuff. Nice games on their way and fresh demos to try. It's also great to see that the marketing team is relentlessly putting the message out there that you can play stadia on virtually any device you own, with no downloads, installs or updates. If I can suggest the Next Big Goal™ for the for the winter marketing campaign, that would be let people know that Stadia has a free tier too. There are still too many people I've seen on Reddit / Twitter / Discord that downright ignore they can join Stadia for free. The recent launch of game rental services like xCloud and Luna has worsened things in my opinion, people just think you need a subscription to play games on your favourite streaming service.  I see a great opportunity to run a campaign with nice deals for free users, advertising that: You can join Stadia for free No subscription is required Games you buy are yours forever These are amazing selling points that put Stadia on another, unreachable level with respect to all the game rental services on the market today. It's a message that definitely needs to be understood once and for all.

Hi Chris, thanks a lot for your help!! Can I ask you one final favour? The version of the post that got published was the one without links or images, would it be possible to publish the other one instead? I've already deleted the "bare" version from "Stadia General".

Hi Grace, thanks for stepping in! I've created a new post, identical to the first one, but in the second one one I've removed all the links as you suggested. This post doesn't go through either, unfortunately. I suppose that you don't see it in your queues because it gets automatically rejected without passing through an approval process. Is there anything else I can do?
@Deleted User thank you as well!  Please don't hesitate to contact me in case you needed further clarification, I'd really like to see my post published

@Deleted User it's actually not an error per se, as soon as I click "post", it says the following: Problem is, if I click to see the status, the post is marked as rejected: It never went through an approval process, as the "Items awaiting approval" section is empty: The decision is clearly automatic. This is why I am seeking mods' help: to ask them to please look through the post (there are quite a bunch of links inside) and to verify that all of them are ok, and the content itself of the post is alright (I am actually praising Stadia Pro's subscription model). Can you do anything about that?

Hi there! I've published a pretty elaborate post, which at the moment of publishing gets an automatic rejection. I suspect it's because in the post there are several links, but they are just for reference and most of them points towards the games in the Stadia Store. I am positive the content of the post qualifies for publishing. I'd like to have the opinion of a Community Moderator to see if the post can be published with the links, which would provide insightful resources for the reader. Thanks
I know, right? That's a super pity, because the game itself is magnificent!!

Stadia will stay. It belongs to a multibillion dollar company which just won't let it go anywhere. That considered, Google's platform is actually much, much more likely to allow you to play old gen games than PCs, which have compatibility issues coming from outdated drivers, firmware and hardware. Google will take care of compatibility issues for you, without letting the final user even noticing a hiccup.
