I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and its got a fantastic screen. Now the recent announcement about new phone support also mentioned tablet support, so I'm wondering when support is coming to Android tablets? I was hoping this was last week, but so far the update works on my Galaxy Note 9 for Stadia play, but my Android tablet cannot yet! Do we have any info on dates please for the tablets? Thanks in advance

Although I've previously wanted Shadow of the Tomb Raider, I really do hope it's not the free one this month because that just kicks us in the teeth with it being on offer and I figured with it being on sale, I'd buy it. It needs to be a biggy for me like Ghost Recon or Odyssey and none of this standard fare. The GOLD/Ultimate editions are needed. If we're paying a subscription but have no choice on games, then give us the best version of your choice title.....Please

@Jenesis I agree that it's not good strategy letting people go with distractions such as Shadow, Xcloud and GeForce Now coming to the fore. This is a dawn of new tech and Google do risk the competition getting a step forward especially with more varied gaming options right now. For me, any service offering Steam, Uplay, Xbox libraries connectivity are streets ahead which may be Stadia's undoing long term. I really hope for some cross library inclusion [somehow] in Stadia's longer term strategy for it to be relevant to gamers who have libraries of games built up over time. I would certainly pay hansomely for a subscription fee to any service for access to an already swelling library I have built up within Steam and Uplay.
Great News! I see there’s a comment about playing on tablets. Is there a definitive list of supported models please?

So I came to the party late. I joined towards the end of December so still have some way to go on the 3 months free. Now at the moment, I'm on the fence what to do. Do I stick with 9 quid a month for some random old games I've probably played on Steam or Xbox already or do I cancel (no 4K TV) and just stick with my purchases RDR2 and Rage2? Both of these purchases were on offer and I've no real intention of paying full-fat prices at the current Stadia prices. So here's the dilemma, cancel and stick to 1080 and have to go buying at full price (gasp!) or possibly just dip in on sub from time to time and take a PRO offer if anything I fancy is on offer, and the random freebies. Essentially what I'd be paying for is £4.50 for 2 games free a month currently, but really only renting them, and because they are random and there's the possibility I'm not interested in the selections, then 9 quid a month becomes a bit pointless. For me, Stadia has some way to go to persuade me to cough up 9 quid p/m. At present the only benefit is to hold out for Pro deals and get your 9 quid back on the savings there...but then again, the Pro deals are random and they should be up all the time for subscribers. That's another story though. Likely I'll cancel when the time comes and come back to the party when there's life in the service, or a good Pro deal on. That's the only thing that'll entice me at the moment.

For me, I think it is time to compare some of the other cloud gaming offerings that are springing up which I won’t mention here to see how they are engaging with their customer base, costs, flexibility, future proofing their buy in from an enigmatic loyal initial customer base who are regularly kept in touch and updated along the journey. If you don’t feel like that is happening here, you are in good company! Google should be taking heed of the endless subscription cancellations that may come their way and ultimately they will reap what they sow. Right now the crops are barren.

Perhaps the right thing to do is support Stadia and buy outside of discount (I.e. full price) but where’s the incentive to buy full price when we are supposedly subscribing to pro to allow options for discounts and said discounts come and then disappear regularly. Perhaps as consumers we may dip out of subscribing to match the regularity of discounts disappearing. That may wake up this service. The silence is truly deafening on deals right now and needs speedy resolution.
@Mohamedztema it was mentioned in the last update: Quote “Toward the end of this month, we will share more about the games coming to Stadia Pro in February”

I’d argue that Stadia in its current format is nothing more than an open Beta at this stage. The first thing Google should do in response is provide more info. These first few months have been sparse in forthcoming information, users starved of facts, updates limited and the games library so thin beyond belief. This is beta territory for sure.

I’m not impressed that those of us late to the party on founders but will be contributing the same subscription month on month are disadvantaged by none unique names. Perhaps it was known about and I clearly missed the detail pre-order but upon receiving Stadia and disappointingly finding pointlesss unique numbers at the end of my chosen username, I contacted Google to be basically informed “that’s the way it is” or something to that effect. Not great and definitely needs addressing. It wouldn’t be bad if you were given the next available number, I.e. #1 if the username hadn’t already been chosen, or better still just give us the username format like founders get. What is the point of limiting it now? Google should embrace those “few” of us who are currently committing to this service rather than dividing us and stop this nonsense.
I think Shadow of the Tomb Raider will make an appearance on the free list for Feb. Makes sense and completes the set. I don’t mind waiting for Odyssey for another month
I’m curious as to why there are NO discounts right now. Come on Google!!
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey as one of the freebies please

We really should be seeing new offers at the same time or prior to old ones disappearing. Currently the void appears to offer no benefit to game buyers who have a pro membership as in the future if this practice continues, the pro benefit disappears from a games buying perspective.   I think I’ve seen it mentioned before that there should be permanent offers for pro members. That may entice more people to be on boarded for the long term.
