I agree @blockfighter The 2K annual releases only really have a shelf life until .....well the next one, so if Stadia misses a few months of that shelf life, it kind of kills the need to buy it here. For me at least. Basically, if Fifa or other AAA aren't available on day one for me, that's no use so it'll get purchased for another platform which is really hard luck for Stadia and their sales opportunity sails by, but it is just is the way it is. Its about the immersion, excitement and community anticipation in the roll out of a mass release day one event and Stadia needs to be at that party! No same day release = risk of getting it elsewhere when I want it. Example Cyberpunk 2077 day release on GeForce Now = Steam purchase for me. However PGA Tour 2K21 day release on Stadia = Stadia purchase for me. Stadia need to step up a gear with arrangements with pubs and devs, otherwise they lose potential mass sales and with it momentum and pitch of this being a go-to service. A year in and I'm not yet convinced this is the go-to platform for me yet, but I won't sit on the fence forever if other games are waiting elsewhere, and I don't really want to run different systems if I can avoid that situation, so Stadia will lose out for me in the long run.
