In every game sadly, but it's the worst in RDR2 seemingly in towns etc. For example it also happens when out in the wild in RDR2, but in a strange way. Let's say it's stuttering and i lay down my controller for like 30 seconds, pick it up again and then it doesn't stutter for like 30 seconds and then it starts stuttering again. Though it also happens regularly in games like Destiny 2, though slightly less than in the video i put in my OP. Also tested it in Farming sim, almost the same as in RDR2 but in Tomb Raider for example it is definitely less noticeable but it is still there.   Yesterday i also tested it by just moving forwards without turning the camera with the right stick. But it's still stuttering when i do this, so it doesn't seem to be related to just panning the camera

So I've been stuck with this issue for like 2 weeks now. I already made a reddit post but even though a few people responded with some troubleshooting the issue still persists. This video is a good example of the issue, it's definitely at it's worst here but it's present in any game. Youtube video  Put the video on 1080p and watch the background, it's the easiest way to see the issue properly. The camera seems to get stuck on something and jumps forward again. Now so far I've tried it at home on my PC, laptop and Chromecast Ultra. With an Ethernet cable (speeds above 400 mb/s) and also on wifi (speeds of 50 mb/s minimum). The same issue on all devices. Also any jitter seems to be around 10ms tops. I even tested it at my little brother's apartment and at my friend's house on their PCs, exactly the same issue was present here. We all have the same ISP and same modem/router combo. I also tried plugging it directly into the modem and with different routers etc, no difference. Another thing i tried was on my friend's IPhone hotspot. He uses a different ISP for his phone and the speed was above 40 mb/s, again the same stuttering here. Other things i have tried: - Chrome Canary - Hardware acceleration on/off - Set DNS to Google's - Made sure Javascript is allowed - Incognito tab - Installed Stadia as a shortcut through Chrome - Wired Xbox One controller instead of Stadia controller, mouse and keyboard have even worse stuttering - Turning off location services - Tried high and balanced mode in the Stadia app - Turning HDR off - Resetting all Chrome settings - Changed some old cat 5 Ethernet cables to cat 5e cables The last thing i could try is setting the Stadia ports in the router but I'll have to contact an external company for that who installed the network at our home. Though i doubt it will fix the issue as the same issue persists at my Friend's and little brother's place although they have the same ISP and modem. And again on my friend's IPhone hotspot it was the same issue with a different ISP. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Or maybe someone who has the exact same issue? As I'm kinda at a loss here and i haven't found anyone with the exact same issue yet either.
