Still missing the true 4K 60 fps on all the games, until that happens, I will not sub for a pro account and haven't been subscribing since April 2020.

This is the main reason why I am not a PRO sub anymore and haven't been for a while. You can't promise 4K60fps and then deliver 1080p 60 or 30fps and 4K 30fps. On top of that many of these games, they have released are 2D platfomers which run quite easily on Stadia's hardware. On top of that again is how they are able to charge full prices of the games while having a pro sub which you pay monthly and do not get true 4K and 60fps, (without those discount days of course). I was sick of all this and managed to get myself a Series X, amazing console, gamepass is great, now even with EA+, and yes Ubisoft will join gamepass as well. I will not come back to stadia until I see 4K60fps on all games. I already warned google many times about this before the new consoles were out, yet they don't reply or give any sign. So now I and others I know who were stadia subscribers are now on Xbox series x and PS5 and also on RTX 3000 series.
Of course, cartoonlike games are free while the AAA games cost, even at rip-off prices. Those metro games should be free with pro at least. The games cost literally 5-6 € if you take look here for st... See more...

It is awful marketing for consumers google!   And people dont tell me to go play on PC. I can do that with no problems of course. What I want and that goes for majority of people here is to make stadia alot better by releasing better and more newer games at low or free with with pro prices, I dont want google stadia to be releasing cartoony games for free with pro and put $20- $100 for a AAA game especially for a 5+ year old game... that is just ridiculous seriously...

Basicly add games which are available on xbox gamepass or on steam or similar and make at least 50% av them for free as long as one have a Pro subscription. Where are the ea games? Where are the epic games? Talk with the publishers to get a better deal!  Also add newer games aswell. Also add some games for children that are Split screen capable! If you want success before XCloud and PS Now do this before the New console arrive. After they arrive People wont care much about stadia unless you add more free games included and dont charge $60 for a game!

Listen. The shipping Company did not Even recieve the package to be shipped away to my adress! Everytime I try to contact Google they say they will get back to me as soon as they know something but nothing is happening. Its been a week now since expected delivery date.   The waybill is still in Amsterdam put there is No package to be sent. So the shipper cant do anything until they have recieved the package.   But Google store support people is not doing much to get back to me, how can they get back to me when they do not know where my package is or what is going on. I cant believe this is happening to me and its soon holiday which means I probably will not get anything until next year.... How about that for a multi billion dollar IT company.

Can you imagine that I do contact Google store support every single Day and they say the same thing everytime. "they will contact technical support and get back to me as soon as they know more". But its been a week now and the package has still not moved anywhere from Amsterdam customs according to the waybill and tracking number. I called the shipping Company and they Said they still have not recieved any shipment to be sent further yet. Only a message about a shipment is going to be sent and its been a week now since the supposed delivery date. So this is totally on Google store and their really bad customer support. They lost my shipment and dont know where it is... I will not risk ordering another package as I know this will happen again and then I have double problems, also gjetting a refund is the same nightmare. I really dont know what to do at this point. I will continue to contact them every single Day. Thats 1 hour I waste of my life everyday.... Worst customer support I have ever experienced really. Feels like a major fraud now.

I am getting really upset about that my actual Stadia hardware has still not been delivered. I did contact Google Store support and they said that they will look up on the issue, but everyday and everytime I contact them I get a different customer support guy or woman telling me the same thing, everyday is just the same, no news about my order what so ever, no response from previous customer support guy/lady either. The shipping company said that they have recieved a waybill but no package is to be sent yet to my address,which only means that the package is still not sent from google store from Netherlands her in Europe, but I did get an email that it was sent. Time of delivery was suppose to be on 6th of december, its now soon the 13th od december. Tracking number shows no movement after Amsterdam customs. Nobody knows anything about my order...I have a feeling that my order will never get completed until sometime next year due to holiday is coming up... Can someone tell me what is going on?
