Visual settings have to be set every time I log in. Gearbox refused to audit the issue unless I sent them a video. It never got resolved as a result. Over the last two weeks (last two weeks of May 2020), game progress is never saved up to the moment I log off. In some cases, I have lost up to 40 minutes of leveling/progression. This also impacts lost items. My Pearl disappeared outright with a green relic in its place. I have paid for upgrades, or I have done a respec, but when I log in, none of those actions were saved. Over the same period, the game crashes regularly with a Stadia generated "Your Game Has A Glitch" prompt. Over the same period, the Freddie sequence where he gives you crap about killing his bot (the first time you meet him), plays over and over, well into Trashlandia. Over the same period, lag that only first appeared when logging onto the Stadia version of BL3 is now a regular occurrence during graphically intense combat scenes. Over the same period- the quality of gameplay has dramatically fallen off, almost making the game unplayable at times. The loot vault is apparently account-wide, when starting my 3rd toon, the starting price was over 2M, but it almost never saves more than a few items, more often than not, just one. Cartels played fine when it first came out and yet but during this same noted time, maybe even a little before, the game always froze when playing cartel, so I gave up. On my main and on my second toon, never an issue. Gearbox, as of a few weeks ago, still did not have designated Stadia space for bugs on their platform. For me, this is a huge ethical issue. Our hard-earned money for the game and DLCs is just as important as anyone else's moola. My experience with Gearbox CSRs in the past (pre-BL3) has always been exceptional, not the case with BL3, just the opposite. Record-breaking sales and Gearbox service gets worse? This is the biggest bug of them all. Support your Stadia customers and communicate with them. Respect they don't all have time to make, upload, and send you videos. Gearbox gold keys - new ones, often do not include Stadia. See my previous comment for my thoughts on this issue.
