Looks good so far. Only concern could be the frequent drop in bandwith which should not be there. The easiest way to test the other points would be on a PC. If you open your cmd (WIN + r), you can ping a site with a number of repeats. Type in: ping -n 100 www.stadia.com See if there are packets lost or hickups in your ping times.   Also, be sure that you forward the ports within your router. Those are 44700-44899 both TCP and UDP.

This sounds frustrating, so let's try to find out what's going on. At least we should be able to figure out if it is a Stadia, an ISP or an end user issue   Yes, in theory an 80ish connection should work. Unfortunately, a great Stadia experience depends on more than raw speed numbers, namely a stable connection. Therefore, could you please doublecheck your true connection speed (with a speed test, better run it twice or more often) and - even more important - if you suffer from packet loss or speed drops? You should find the numbers in your router settings, if it is a comprehensive one. Also please check if you use devices that help you pass an ethernet signal, such as Devolo, PowerLine etc. They can cause problems as well.

Ist das Problem damit nachhaltig gelöst worden? Die Schilderung deines Problems wird sicher erneut auftauchen. In dem Fall danke für die Lösungsstrategie
Great idea. I attached some heatsinks just to the plastic shell of my CCU some months ago.  Helps greatly. Please share your results as well

OK. That is a good start Stadia works different than e.g. Netflix, because you cannot precache any content, because the stream has to deliver everything the moment it happens. Packet loss etc. has a great impact on everything here, more than it has while online gaming with PS5 etc. That means that network issues become obvious which seem to have not been there before. In order to either confirm or falsify my assumption, could you try out a game utilizing your smartphone? Do your games still run bad?

Your frustation is understandable but maybe we can circle the problem together. Experience shows that other users often encounter the same problems and a community's users can help one another Do you see those performance issues only on your CCU but also on e.g. your smartphone? Do you have the same issues in a different network, let's say at work (yea, you all game at work ) or at a friend's place? We have to figure out if the problem is on Stadia's, your network's/ISP's or on your CCU's side
Thank you for the update. Very glad that helped and that you can now fully enjoy Stadia

That sounds (haha) very annoying and maybe we can narrow down the problem. For that, we have to clarify some circumstances: Do you have the problem in another WiFi, too? Do you experience the same issue when using another device? Does the sound sound bad when you use your phone's speaker, when using your headset connected with your phone (3.5mm/bluetooth?) or with a headset connected with the controller?   You said that the problem does not occur when you use your mobile connection? That points at a problem with either your WiFi or your ISP. Have you tried restarting your router?

I can literally feel your frustation but the answer is correct. Unless you are a founder, there is no way around the digits after your username. When pre-orders started after the official announcement of Stadia, the absence of those digits was advertised as a part of the advantages for early-adopters. Even if this seems to be a flaw, it is not. Most users have digits after their names and it's the gamers who are unique themselves

Sorry for jumping in so late. I can feel your frustation ‌ ‌ The good news: I might have a solution which worked for me and a number of users as well (tested in an unofficial German board): Go to your router settings and put the controller you want to use with a headset into DMZ or make it an exposed host. Restart your controller and try it out again. Report back if this works for you, please.
Sorry for the late response. I'm glad you found a solution. Does it still work for you?
Good luck I can remember that it was sometimes really a pain to get enough participants back in my university days.

Hey, thanks for posting your problem. Maybe we can sort it out and help others as well. It could help to put your controller into DMZ/exposed host mode in your router settings. That helped some users in the past, including me Can you report back if that helped?
It is an Android/PlayStation issue. DualSense controllers do not work properly unless you implement a certain module to your phone. Attention: A rooted device is needed.

Do you see a chance that there could be some smudge in your trigger? If you could clean it and use some sort of lubrication (maybe a very small pump of silicon spray?), it could help. You might lose your guarantee this way.   I think you should contact the support and ask for a replacement.

FFVII Remake is a great game. A very very very great game! Played it on my PS4 Pro and will do so again on my PS5. I am not sure wether it is still Sony-exclusive by contract or if that was only the case for about a year. As there is no further information about an XBOX launch, I am not sure if we have a chance. Of course, I will also support this request and write to the SE-support
