I would give new devices a few weeks on the market until everything ist set up and works correctly. Hard to say wether the problem is S8- or Stadia-related. Anyway, your best bet is to submit feedback in the Stadia app. Click on your profile picture and go to 'Feedback'. Please report when the problem is solved or if nothing changes.

I was investigating possible issues with my connection the last few days as I experienced sudden pixelation during gameplay, too.
Good to see that the problem is fixed.
I just re-checked to be sure but that doesn't appear to be a general problem as my app runs fine.
Could you try to set the Google DNS in your TV options and see if it gets better?

Ive had this happened. Simply save after the first then reload and it shows. Its a bug and seems to work itself out after a few times. Haven't had that problem since but it was an issue for a week

That's an annoying phenomenon that you describe but you're not alone and a workaround can be provided:
Please disconnect your CCU from the power outlet for 30 seconds (just because it is better for any electrical device to wait for at least 30 seconds) and plug it in again.
It should work now. When the problem occurs again, simply repeat.
I know, it is not a perfect solution but should keep you running and let you enjoy Stadia and its great experience

That phenomenon seems to only happen to the Stadia stream.
Also please try the native Stadia app for WebOS which just released yesterday. It's fantastic.

You said that you are connected to the right WiFi while your CCU is connected with the router via ethernet.
Does your CCU screensaving picture show a couple of controller keys in the top right corner?
If yes: Stadia is already connected with your CCU.
If no: Make sure to add your account using the Stadia app on your smartphone.
If this doesn't work: What happens?
