Well in a way, it's possible to get around the problem fairly and legally without overcomplicating the process. Other family members can actually purchase a game that you've already claimed as a Pro. Example: My kids, who have Stadia base only (but are in my Google family), bought Zombie Army 4 on sale, while I'm a Founder and still a Pro member, I had already claimed it. So we can play it together online. However, purchases by other family members, who are minors, must be authorized, by the parent in charge, for each request/account. Otherwise, if they are of legal age, the purchases will be automatically invoiced without notice, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of Google family share. But I totally understand what you mean, and I too would rather be able to handle it all on my own rather than making requests to myself through my children's accounts. Cheers!
