You can't transfer ownership of digital games on any platform.
Someone else previously reported that they encountered this problem when there were parental controls blocking things on their router.

For better or worse Google has added features specifically to Chrome that Stadia requires, and it just won't work on anything but a Chromium based browser.  There's nothing to be done to work around this and since Chromium runs on just about everything I can't see them making it a high priority to add fallback support for other browsers.
It wouldn't be a Stadia bug, but an issue with the way your MiBox is mapping the buttons.  I think you'll find your problem follows you to any app.
Visions of sadness. Try pickle.
Try disabling any antivirus/antimalware type app you might have running on your phone.  Also have you tried to see if there is any difference logging in on wifi vs mobile data?
What model is your Chromebook?  If it's very old, it could be that it has already reached end of life on Chrome OS updates.   Check this support article.

While I totally agree that a hardware upgrade to compete with the latest consoles (which not very many people are able to get even if they wanted one) would be awesome and is overdue, I don't think a hardware upgrade is what is holding big releases back necessarily - it wouldn't be a magic bullet.  After all, almost all major releases are still targeting last gen consoles and old PC hardware as well due to the fact that so many people are still stuck on old hardware.
I wouldn't count on restocks of the CC Ultra kit as I don't believe they have made any more of them and have been in the process of clearing them out.

Just about the only thing you can do is contact the publisher of games and let them know you'd like to see it on the platform.
I agree, I've been in this situation myself.  Like @RXShorty says, best thing to do is submit feedback in the app or on the web site.

I've never had good experiences with "Android Boxes" in general, but that AMD APU is extremely old and the feature set of the  S905X2 is more modern and better aligned with Stadia because it supports decode of all of the codecs Stadia uses.  I would recommend you just get a Chromecast with Google TV instead of either of the things you mentioned.
Good call, I own one and it didn't even cross my mind.  It's easy to forget that as powerful and useful as the Shield is even the latest model is based on silicon from an age ago.
Sounds like it's a specific issue with the game, which is kind of expected since it's early access. Report your experience to the developer directly here: https://larian.com/support/baldur-s-gate-3
Do you have an active Stadia Pro subscription?  It's required for HDR.

Google as a whole doesn't do roadmaps and generally doesn't talk about future changes and features until they're basically already available.  It isn't just a Stadia thing, it's just the way they do things.  To be fair, the only "Stadia" thing apart from software we've been able to buy that isn't useful for other purposes (Chromecast) is the controller and even that can be used to play games on other platforms - even though it is often not the best choice to do so.

If so, check this post as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/Stadia/comments/jw3ty8/stadia_now_supports_4k_natively_on_a_macbook_pro/ Another reason you might not be getting 4K is because the network connection is testing out to be inadequate, are you trying this wired via ethernet?  If not, might be worth trying that as well to see if it makes any difference.

Have you installed the Google Family Link app? If you haven't set up family link, it might help move things along to do so.  I'm not sure what you mean by "not appearing", is it your son's account isn't showing up?  Is your son's account part of your Google "Family" and shows up on the dashboard?  For me, I can choose the account from the family dashboard, then go to gameplay limits, and then choose an ESRB rating.
