How long did you have to wait for the code / email? I bought Cyberpunk yesterday but haven't received anything about the free stadia premiere. The free Stadia swung the buying decision for me even though I have a PS5 but after hearing the reviews of the PS version it seems it was a great decision!
ok, that article was a bit misleading.... I got too excited as I've been waiting for 1440p on my PC. Give me RDR2, high settings at 1440p and hopefully 60fps and Google will make me happy again.
https://www.pcgamesn.com/stadia/google-4k-chrome-rollout Just wondered if anyone has the update yet. I checked mine, I'm still on 1080p (on a 1440p monitor, Win 10 PC, latest Chrome)

Probably not a popular one ... Universe Sandbox. I'd love to use Google's computing power to play god with the Universe! It could suit Stadia very well and showcase its power. โก Universe Sandbox ยฒ officially supports the same Linux distributions supported by the Unity Engine (currently Ubuntu 12.04+). ^ On Linux already, hopefully not much work to get it on Stadia [?]

I play mainly on PC and was looking forward to playing RDR2 at 1440p 60fps but after paying for Stadia and ยฃ60 for the game (again) I find myself playing at what will soon be the free membership quality. It would be a good move by Google if they realise they sold us a false bill of goods and extend our membership as a good will gesture. I love Stadia so far but we're essentially paying for a beta service.
Have you disabled the pop-up blocker for the Stadia page? There's an authorization pop-up (which is actually very annoying as it checks about every 30 mins, disrupting games) that it needs to open.
These pop-ups are still annoying. Will anything get done to fix it? Surely there's a better way to script this so it's a background process. Is there anywhere to report this as I guess they don't p...

@Mad_Dog_Bravo : Thanks for the clarification. While impressed with Stadia, I can't help but feel a little disappointed due to expectations of 1440p @ 60fps on my PC

I recently installed a script to monitor Stadia performance on my desktop PC and every game I've tried maxes out at 1080p, I assumed I'd get 1440p. Windows 10 with latest Chrome version with hardware acceleration. VP9 codec 2560x1440 monitor, non HDR Good connection (350 down, 35 up) Data usage: Best visual quality PRO Latency: 25ms 1050ti & Ryzen 1600x Youtube at 1440p works fine, why not Stadia? Games tried: RDR2, GRID, Thumper, Destiny 2, Tomb Raider(s), Assassins Creed Odyssey.

I'm tempted to get GRID but I know that these pop-ups mid-game while going round a corner at 150kph will be a disaster! The pop-ups also show when opening games even if I've logged in 5 seconds before.... Log in -> Start game -> Pop-up -> click RESUME button. Pointless. Please make this a background process asap.
If the save option has a padlock in the corner then you're probably mid-mission, this is normal. The save option will be there once you progress a bit more.

After listening to the pre-launch promos about how powerful the gfx are I was hoping that this would have been my ultimate play through RDR2 at 1440p 60fps (previously played on PS4 & PC). Even though it does look great I can't help but feel a little disappointed with it on Stadia. Video compression feels too high, it looks great in good lighting but venture into the Lemoyne swamps at night and it just looks awful. Gradients and fog/mist aren't handled well and don't look good. Video compression has its limits I guess and I don't think it'll ever compete with a high end PC. I've been impressed yet still disappointed.
Are our gaming sessions private or can the devs/engineers look in as we're playing? I guess if they did then it'd be for quality control but it'd be nice to know.
