@MisterMarcoo Talk about a trip down memory lane for Stadia ! I mean Kudo's to you for chronicling its history so well in an unbias way and hitting every pain point the service has endured. And still I truly believe Stadia can come back from being labeled as gaming's outcast by turning the tide with some simple participation to the celebration of gaming. Look at the week that we as gamers experienced the past week. Never once could Stadia participate by a simple logo being displayed in maybe a hand full of trailers. There's only so much you can boast about with the tech that has been developed, the proof is in the pudding and the pudding is all new flavors of videogames! Hence I fear that Google Stadia has taken its place among something like Google Play Movies & TV, it does the job, is very serviceable, but it's nothing to get excited about when it comes to their communication, transparency, roadmap. At first it felt like every month was a surprise array of games to look forward to, be it late comers like games from a couple of years back, some sweet indies, or simply a point and click adventure I would never give a try on another platform. But now it's starting to look more and more this trend will only continue. As more and more new game announcements happen that I'm excited for where Google Stadia doesn't even get mention as a key launch platform, my heart breaks just a little more. I reckon the first crack in my love for Stadia showed up when Elden Ring didn't arrive on Stadia. Makes you wonder where this ship is sailing doesn't it? If even there is a captain to speak of anymore.
